Good review

Anything from Fred Hatfield is beneficial. This was a good review of techniques I learned 20 years ago but got away from them. A, B, C, workout is what is best.

For intermediate level. Lack of pictures means it is a bit difficult to follow the proper technique for some of the exercises mentioned.
