Interesting read from a management perspective. Would like my front line managers to read this together as a think piece in a group, as the exercises are meant to pull specifics from groups out that are specific to the group itself. Many of the topics are a bit bland and redundant (but the consideration pieces offer lots of room for personal team work within specific groups).
