The authors aim to provide the readers of this book with a set of plays and drills that lacrosse players can use in practice to make certain moves become second nature: crouching, turning, skirting, twisting. They feel very strongly that players need to master the basics in order to master this game, and that coaches do their players a disservice by avoiding these basics.

I feel like this book is very well planned and written out. it has definitely sparked my interest for lacrosse. the photos are also a very good guide. this book is definitely a must have for lacrosse players everywhere
