Emily Halliday and Andrew Bentley spent the last few years doing what every couple does. Meet, date, fall in love, and finally getting engaged. Life seemed pretty perfect. So what happens when the unthinkable happens testing their relationship and everything they built together?

The fighter that she is, Emily does everything in her power to save what they once shared, but w

I was promised a big, big tragedy and what I got was pure fluff about a happy couple planning a wedding.
I also read that the heroine (sorry I already forgot her name) was a tough cookie with a temper but so far, she gets angry about the stupidest things. I would give a "for instance" but I just don't care.

“Redemption is not taking away the pain as though nothing bad has ever happened, rather, it is giving value to our pain, healing us and making good out of the bad.”
~ Healed

Healed is the third and final book in the forgiven series. In this book we get an up close view of Emily and Andrew’s relationship.

We met Emily and Andrew in Forgiven. Emily is Angie’s best friend and her protector (even more than Caleb sometimes). Emily has a temper and she isn’t afraid to show it. She is a spitfire and one

We met Andrew and Emily and watched them fall in love through The 1st two books in this series. Andrew just wanted to drink, party and have fun with his friends, but Emily changed all that. They fell in love and Andrew has proposed. This book takes us through Andrew and Emily planning their future together as they finish their last year of college and prepare to enter the real world and work force. What happens when tragedy strikes? Will their love be strong enough to survive?

OMG the feels! This book had so many of them. I have been following this group of friends from the very first book and was so excited for Andrew and Emily's story. Never could I have imagined the emotional toll it would take on me. As much as I have loved the first two books, Forgiven and Redemption, I can honestly say that Healed is my favorite.

The perfect mix of angst, young love, true love and pure chemistry was there. I found myself laughing, crying and wanting to throw my kindle (at Andrew

Healed was a powerful and touching story about a couple who had it all and then lost it in a blink of an eye. I have not read the series on order. This was my first book in the series. I wished I had read them in order to get a feel for the characters.. I can be a stand alone. That being said, I recommend reading them in order to get the full background of the couple.

Emily Halliday and Andrew Bentley have been together for a few years. Their relationship is going according to every one's

Emily was one of my favorite characters. She's tough and doesn't take shit.
Andrew is sweet and caring, and pretty much perfect for Emily.
I'm anit-spoilers so I'll do my best to tell you why I love it without giving too much away.
As a couple they are great. Like most they have a few bumps.
When tragedy strikes everything comes crashing down.
Can they find their way back to each other.

I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Healed is the third book in the Forgiven Series by Rebecca Brooke. Although not imperative, it would be better to read the series in order. I felt like I missed out on a lot of back ground and character development by not having read the prior books.

Main characters, Andrew and Emily, balance one another. Emily is a tightly wound college student with anger management issues. Emily describes Andrew as passive-aggressive

This book is simply amazing! Rebecca Brooke's writing keeps getting better with each book she releases, and Healed is her best work yet! We met Emily and Andrew in Forgiven, and I was so happy to hear we were getting their story!

Emily is known for her hot temper, and her and Andrew seem to be complete opposites, but their relationship works. They balance each other out, and I loved seeing these moments between the two. When Andrew proposed to Emily it was sweet and what you would expect from him

I've read the first two books in the Forgiven series and I've always liked Emily Halliday. She's gorgeous and ballsy, she doesn't take NO for an answer and she's one hell of a friend. Angie & Lauren are sure lucky to have her in their lives.

Andrew had been her boyfriend for a couple of years until he finally popped up the question. Shortly after their engagement, Andrew's ma died and his pa wasn't himself, which affected Andrew and devastated Emily. Long story short, their relationship had gone

4 out of 5 stars

Emily Halliday is a typical college student who can’t wait until graduation. Not looking for love, she ends up meeting her soul mate Andrew Bentley. While Emily is hot-tempered and always speaks her mind, Andrew is cool and collected. They balance each other.

Andrew is head over heels as well and knows Emily is the one. They are going to get married some day.

That was the plan until tragedy strikes and their world is

Em is a woman who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to tell her man what she wants, "I'd like to do a whole lot more to you." Her delicate little hand slid down my thigh and over the crotch of my pants." I mean there's just no end to her bossiness, "although you look extremely sexy in this tux, right now I'd rather see it on our bedroom floor." When she's with Andrew Em isn't afraid to speak her mind, or show her true colors these two complete each other, "I'm not. If you hadn't made a move ...more

4 clear and beautiful stars......

The story started off beautifully.... I really liked the way the story actually developed. The whole proposal thingy......... (breathy sigh) It was soooo romantic.. Loved Em... She is hot as hell and awesome... Loved her temper and the way Andrew handled her tantrums. They completely complemented each other.... Until....

A tragic incident leaves Andrew devastated. I understand the reason of his agony, but he took the wrong advise which costed his love...

Healed for me, was the most emotional stories of the three.
This is Emily & Andrews story. Emily is an amazing character. She is feisty & funny & extremely loyal. Andrew is a lovely man & adores Emily.
Through this series we have seen these two meet, fall in love & get engaged, they seem to have it all. Then something happens that changes everything & they young lovers have a battle on their hands.
Rebecca Brooke has given us a beautifully touching & emotional story, which really touched me.

Really didn't feel good about this story - probably because I have not liked Emily in any of the books. She lacks empathy & is just plain rude. That said, it was well written. Poor Andrew, he suffered so much. I wish there was more to come about Angie, Caleb, Lauren & Josh. It was a very good series. ...more
