Very short and concise, I got this free from Amazon and read through it in less than an hour. While it is never easy to read these accounts, I believe we do a disservice to those who fought and died in WWII to not be knowledgeable about the events that transpired before, during, and after those years. While I study WWII a bit, in this short read, these were all stories I had not heard about before - so I LEARNED from this book. And THAT is why we should read.
I found it impossible to get through this book. It was so full of punctuation issues and grammatical errors and mistakes, it was unbearable. The stories and information are all but lost in the terrible writing.
This book is a total waste. The author would fail if he turned this in as an assignment in 8th grade history or English. So many instances of poor spelling and grammar, and his knowledge of the history of the Third Reich and World War 2 leaves a much to be desired. He should go back to school, hire a proofreader, and hire a competent editor. Or maybe he should just quit writing!
This book was okay. There were numerous grammatical errors, and some of the information I believe was incorrect. I don't know if the author didn't have it edited beforehand or didn't proofread it before publishing, but because of the errors, I had a hard time with this book.
This is a remarkable ebook on the survivors of the death camps and what went on there and what was done to all these people. I say that those that did these horrible acts to all these people got off to easy.
As much as I believe every account in this book is true, I found it quite awkward to read especially the start as it was as though it was written by a child.
This gives eyewitness accounts of the horrors experienced at Auschwitz. Some come from survivors while others come from sworn testimony given during the Nuremberg trials.
This is not a book, it is a short story. Very few "eyewitness Accounts" I was duped once before on one of these, thinking I would try to see other ones, I was duped again. Shame on me.
