I read this book after I had started my own venture and it was a big help. I think that it is a must read for every person who dreams of starting his/her own venture. It clearly and in simple language tells you what you should do, why should do and most importantly, what questions to ask before getting into a startup.
The online formats available are also a big help. I used them and gained more clarity about my venture and in directing it properly for future.

“No one funds a mere idea, especially if you are looking at venture capital. Funding is made to something that has proven a small part of a business model or proven a business model on a small scale.”
