Copyright 2005, hardcover book. This book caught my eye. I was in the mood for some Christian Fiction. This was a new author for me. I did enjoy the lite, easy reading. There was enough action in this book to hold my attention. In a nice way the book reminded me that God is in charge of all life and the Bible does tell us what God wants for us. I will seek out other books written by this author.

A widower and a single mom both chaperon a trip to Mexico, with their teenage daughters. Caroline is a lady with faith in God's plan for her life. Blaine is a man struggling to forgive himself and God for the death of his first wife.

Their teenage daughters get themselves into a spot of trouble, when they are targeted as mules by a couple of young thieves. Shared faith sees them all through disaster and awakens love in the hearts of Caroline and Blaine. Aw

This was a wonderful story! It was funny, emotional and very heart felt but also have enough action to keep you hooked. I loved it from beginning to end. Yes it talk about religion and god but i found that pleasantly. A very big change compared to the world and the craziness we are living today! I was asked by my 12 year old if she could read it and im glad i can say yes. There was no cursing words and no sex scene. Just love and some innocent kisses. I will give it a five out of five. Not good. It's my own fault for picking this up from a garage sale just because the cover was cute. It's a "Christian" book and they reference religion in every single paragraph. That would have been okay though if the writing had been better... very predictable. 10 pages in and I could have written the Cliffs Notes for the entire book!

The story was amusing - but I've decided that this book seals it for me: I'm not a fan of Christian fiction. I prefer books that are just clean and not overpopulated with sex & gore. The distinguishin line for me seems to be the fact that Christian fiction somehow means that the character can't pick where to eat dinner without prayign for guidance. It's irritating.

Pretty good. Not my favorite of her books, but the suspensefulness at the end was plausible and kept my attention. I'm not really into books that make it seem normal for people to fall in love in a matter of days, which is what happens in most of Linda Windsor's books. I didn't get the paper moon reference, but For the most part the book was entertaining.
The first book in Linda Windsor's Moonstruck series. Two single parent chaperones on a class trip to Mexico get together. It was fun and entertaining but not as good as other Linda Windsor books I've read.

I was not in the mood for a sweet sticky story. I may go back at some time later. Just not finishing it now.
