I enjoyed The Parts I Remember, but I had a hard time connecting with Kelly. Kelly is my complete polar opposite. She's reckless, wild and impulsive. I thought she was pretty selfish and her personal growth came too late in the story for my personal taste. I liked The Parts I Remember but considered it almost a "what not to do in college" type of book.

This was another emotional read from A.K. Mills. I was thrilled when she emailed me that there was going to be a second book and I jumped at the opportunity to read it. The first book in this series still has stuck with me over the months. It is just one of those novels you can't forget. This novel is just the same.

Note on just finishing - This book has successfully made me cry, panic and smile in the final few chapters. An excellent ending to such a cripping and emotional story. Well done A.K.Mills on another fantastic book and follow-up to Kelly's story.
