Although it's been a very long time since I heard this trilogy (this was my first audio book! Lol 🙈😱) but I forgot to upload my review
This is a modern fairy tale love story for adults – because, come on… we all want to fall in love with a prince! (Prince Harry, take me!) 😂❤ The difference is that THIS prince is also a domineering alpha with a dirty mouth, an exaggerated libido, a divine body and let's not forget… The freaking price of England! 👑💃

I read A LOT and I no longer settle for books based on sex and clichés… so I won't lie, this book has ALL that. Maybe that's why it's a little embarrassed to admit, but damn it… I liked it!
It was kind of Guilty Pleasure, like secretly watching the Kardashians! LOL 😂🙈
And yet, I couldn't ignore the all the similarities to "50 shades" that made me roll my eyes, the clichés and (I can't believe I'm writing this, but…) there were too many sex scenes!!! 😬
I mean, these two couldn't hold for 2 minutes without… mating. 😂
And although they were insanely HOT, I felt that it overshadowed the story.
Still, I finished reading with a smile and a desire to book a flight to London! ✈
If you ask me, this series would suite best to beginners in the erotic genre. ❤

Welcome back Alexander and Clara!!
I liked much better this book, than first one. This story is happening few months, after last one finished.
Now, Clara has more self-confidence, and she is not that much about what people will say. It is like she said ''Fu*k you gossip. I want my life.'' Even, Alexander is better, because now he is more sure about what he wants.
Which is Clara.
I must say that Alexander action in this book left me without breath. It was so nice to read scenes like that, and I must say that in this book I read one of most romantic scenes ever. Which says a lot. I'm not going to tell you what scene was about, you should find out that alone.
Also, there is no way in this world or next that I would understand Clara parents. They did not make sense to me at all. I didn't like them in first book, but in this one?? Every chance for liking disappeared in air, never to be found again.
I don't even want to talk about Alexander father.
Now, second characters that I liked a lot were Belle and Edward.
Taking my hat off for Edward. He needed a lot of courage for what he did, and I respect that.
I saw that, even if first three books are about Alexander and Clara, the fourth one is about Belle. I must say that I'm pretty excited.

Meeeh, die Handlung ist vorhersehbar und ein wenig zu dramatisch. Es wird auch kurz aus Alexanderssicht die Geschichte geschildert, was aber wirklich schlecht asugeführt war. Die Dialoge sind sehr tief und unter aller Würde. Die Liebesbriefchen von Alexander eine Frechheit "Mein Schwanz sehnt sich nach deiner Muschi" und Clara findet das ja ach so süß. *Augenverdreh* Er sagt ihr, ich will dich bis zur Besinnungslosigkeit vögeln und Clara nimmt das als Liebeserklärung hin. Normale Gespräche führen die Zwei nicht und es dreht sich immer wieder um das selbe. Die Sexszenen nehmen in diesem Buch auch die Oberhand an und sind wirklich so langweilig. Ich habe es stellenweise echt lustig gefunden, wie oft die beiden es miteinander treiben und wie geil es doch immer ist. Clara hätte im echten Leben schon längst eine Blasenentzündung bekommen. Ein paar Logikfehler oder Kleinigkeiten haben mich auch noch aufgeregt, aber ich habe es wieder vergessen. Gut, so! :D Ich breche die Reihe ab und beende meine Neugier zu erotischen Büchern. Das war es mal wieder für mich, ich bleib bei den New Adult Romane, wo es meist nur vereinzelten erotische Szenen gibt.

How can an ordinary foreigner and the heir to the English throne make a go at something real with family, shifting politics, and the public eye in the midst?
Will X and Clara be able to rise against obligations, doubts, old hurts and scars, and the obstacles that are about to unravel before them? Will they be able to conquer and silence the white noise in the background that threatens to tear them apart? Or will it be the victor that destroys them both?

Holy cow - that was very intense. Enjoyed every second of it!
This is in my eyes the best part of this saga. Very intense, very dark and with so much erotic between the lines and pages – you won´t want to miss this.
Good, the German cover (I read that edition) looks way to cute and doesn´t fit at all the content of this novel, but okay, I can live with that. In that case I rather keep my eye on the story itself than on how the edition looks like.
Clara has broken up with Alexander. His wish to live as his mistress in the house he bought for them is not acceptable for her. All she wants is that he admits that he loves her the way she loves him. And even though he can´t say those words, she knows they are true to him and to her. But what will life look like without him? She throws herself into work. Long working hours are the only way to keep her insanity. But Alexander has his own ways to fight for her, to make her see what he can´t change.
Conquer Me is written mostly from Clara´s point of view. On some chapters Alex steps in with his point of view, but that is kind of rare. The change of perspective gives this novel at some point the certain tension, shows how life looks from the other side of the medal and the reader gets drawn into a very intense and totally emotional story.
The writing style is clear, blunt and during some scenes very graphic. Oh yes, the erotic factor is very high here. But Geneva Lee writes always with style and grace. There is not one kitschy word or line to find – thank god!
Okay, I admit it I still have my problems with Belle and how she handles things. Especially when it comes to the point where she decides what´s best for Clara. What she does to “protect” her, is way out of line and for my taste way too unauthorized.
Very dark sides, a hunger for sex that isn´t what we usually call flower-sex and a world in which no one is as you would expect them to be. Geneva Lee draws with her figures two sides and shows what it can mean to stand up for what you want and believe in; even when you have to set your own demands and needs aside.
No doubt, Alexander of Cambridge is a very dominant man. He is like an animal when it comes to having sex that really satisfies him and his needs. Needs he always knew were dark and out of the usual. And Clara seems to be the woman who is able to control him and his dark desires. But he is also a man who is destined to become king one day, to produce an heir and to live a life I never asked for it. With the looks of a God, a charm you need a weapons license for and the need to control every single aspect of his life outside the palace he makes it very clear that with him there can be no real feelings. Pleasure and fun yes, but he isn´t capable of love; not in the long run.
Clara begins to change. Her family is one pain in the ass, her mother a story she rather ignores instead of telling her what she really things her mother should do and her work is everything that´s left for her. Without that she would turn insane. Her love is still growing, her desire for Alexander still there, but she´s no longer willing to become what he wants her to be. And who needs a family like the royal one anyways?
That was a very intense, highly emotional and incredible fantastic read. Enjoyed every second of it! For all those, who love to read in the erotic genre, who love books about women who fight for their love even though their love is captured in a dark world and with very bad and dangerous but highly anticipated rules – then this is your book.

4 "I freaking loved it" stars
Wow. That’s the most accurate way of saying how I feel right now. Wow. Just Wow. No words. This book was simply mind-blowing. I didn’t expect to love it so much, and no words can explain just how freaking overjoyed I am right now. I loved the first book in this series, really enjoyed it, and when it ended I simply had to read the next one to know what would happen. Well fuck, I didn’t expect to fall in love.
Conquer Me is the second book in the Royals Saga by Geneva Lee. Normally, the second book in a trilogy isn’t my favorite. People usually prefer either the first, or the last. But it’s very rare to have the second one as your favorite. At least, I never have. But this book changed it all. I didn’t think it was possible for this series to get better after the first book, it was already pretty darn good, but boy was I wrong. If you only read the first book, Command Me, and you’re not sure if you should continue on, I say: What the fuck are you waiting for? It was perfection. If you love Erotic Romance, I can assure you you’ll love this book. It has everything you probably want, AKA: a domineering, protective, possessive, and demanding alpha male. Other than that, there’s also the basic stuff, you know?! An awesome plotline, some fantastic plot twists, and a whole lot of drama. Just what you needed, isn’t it? I thought so too.

Geneva Lee is actually a pretty good writer. No offense, but I had no expectations when it came to her books. Again, I was wrong. So wrong. She’s a really good writer, and I do hope more people read her books, she deserves it. In fact, she had me in tears. Just a few tears nothing major of course... alright, maybe a bit more than that…Ok, a lot more than that, I was literally curled in a fetus position, under the covers in my bed, weeping like a child because she had written the most beautiful proposal I’ve ever read. Then I cried out of sadness because it made me realize just how boring and unromantic my life truly was. But that’s off topic. I want to officially crown (Ha! No pun intended) Geneva Lee for the best proposal scene you’ll ever read. It. Was. Un-fucking-believable. Thank you, Geneva Lee, for that. It was exquisite.
This review is absolutely going nowhere, my thoughts are all bundled up in my mind, and what I’m trying to say probably makes no sense. Oh well… A good book does that to a girl. The only thing I know is that I’ll be reading the third one pretty soon. In fact, I’m starting it this very minute. Wow. That’s the most accurate way of saying how I feel right now. Wow. Just Wow. No words. This book was simply mind-blowing. I didn’t expect to love it so much, and no words can explain just how freaking overjoyed I am right now. I loved the first book in this series, really enjoyed it, and when it ended I simply had to read the next one to know what would happen. Well fuck, I didn’t expect to fall in love.
Conquer Me is the second book in the Royals Saga by Geneva Lee. Normally, the second book in a trilogy isn’t my favorite. People usually prefer either the first, or the last. But it’s very rare to have the second one as your favorite. At least, I never have. But this book changed it all. I didn’t think it was possible for this series to get better after the first book, it was already pretty darn good, but boy was I wrong. If you only read the first book, Command Me, and you’re not sure if you should continue on, I say: What the fuck are you waiting for? It was perfection. If you love Erotic Romance, I can assure you you’ll love this book. It has everything you probably want, AKA: a domineering, protective, possessive, and demanding alpha male. Other than that, there’s also the basic stuff, you know?! An awesome plotline, some fantastic plot twists, and a whole lot of drama. Just what you needed, isn’t it? I thought so too.

much better than the first one! Very sexy, suspensy, funny, cute, sad, moving, frustrating.
A tiny bit too sexy - and that's saying something, coming from me - because I LOOOOVE sex-scenes in my book - the more the better....but I kinda skimmed over them a bit here - too repetetive, too boring ... :/ BUT I still loved it.
On to the 3rd book now!

With this, I abandon the series. There isn't much I'm curious about - the novelty has worn off - and the flaws of book one have gotten more noticeable.
After reading book 1, it was easy to guess that there won't be much of a plot in this series. Whatever happened was predictable and towards the end of book 1, the percentage of plot and sex scenes was certainly off.
My problem is not really erotica as long as I meet interesting characters and still have a story worth my time. While I gave the series the benefit of a doubt in the first place, I don't think that there'll be much improved in the following books.
Alexander, as the male main character, is just too much of a stereotype. I don't want to be unfair - you can't reinvent the wheel all the time - but I read about the likes of him numerous times. Boring!
I actually kind of liked Clara in the first book. She had, at least, a complex background story which made it interesting to see how she would react in this highly unlikely situation. I couldn't stand most of her actions in this book, though.

I loved the first one,i love this even more.After that clify in book 1 i was eager to put my hands on this book, so i must admit i stalked the author and when it was finally goes life on my Kindle i was excited to the bones.The writing is amazing,Alexandar is one HOT kniky alpha Prince ,it will keep you on the edgy the whole time,once you start reading you can't put it down.And plus we all love fairy tales,when Prince fall for the ordinary girl only this one is little more dirtier.

Overall amazing book,i was waiting for this and didn't and it didn't disappointment me,it have clify but not big like the first one ,it fast paced,with a lot turns so your never boring,have same HOT steamy scenes ,you can just feel chemistry between Alexandar and Clara, the second characters are great and i must say i m big fan of British monarchy (even i'm not british) .Can't wait for book 3 who is out in in February (is already on my pre-order list on amazon) and for the wedding of the year.

Ich bleibe auch bei Band 2 "Royal Desire" bei meiner Bewertung von 3 Sternen. Es ist ein solider Erotikroman, in dem die Hingabe beim Sex im Vordergrund steht, und die Story nebenher abläuft!!
Alexanders Vorgeschichte lässt mich allerdings nicht ganz kalt, und auch Daniel (wer er ist, müsst ihr selber lesen!) weckt am Ende von Band 2 meine Neugier.
Bin jetzt gespannt, wie sich die Geschichte in Band 3 entwickelt!

Der erste Teil war deutlich besser. Ich bin aber trotzdem gespannt auf das dritte Buch.
Ich mag ja royale Stories und die Idee hier ist nicht übel. Man hätte aber mehr draus machen können.

Clara scheint zu wissen was sie will und scheint sich weiterentwickelt zu haben.
Mit Prince Alexander of Cambridge habe ich weiterhin Schwierigkeiten. Ich mag, dass seine dunkle Seite hier noch deutlicher wird, er aber gleichzeitig Gefühle zeigt und Clara beschützt.
Die intensive Beziehung der beiden ist ja toll, nur hätte es hier mehr Plot sein dürfen. Vor lauter Erotik-Szenen (und ich bin da sonst nicht so zimperlich) kann sich die Geschichte kaum entwickeln.
Dafür ist es wirklich angenehm geschrieben und kommt ohne großen Kitsch aus.

Es passiert einfach nichts. Ich finde es kommen keinerlei Gefühle rüber, die Charaktere verändern sich kein bisschen und am Ende haben sie immer noch die selben Probleme wie am Anfang. Außerdem finde ich X als Spitzname richtig seltsam und unpassend und ich finde es jedes mal seltsam wenn sie ihn so nennt. Wenn er ihr "Liebesbriefe" schreibt steht immer das selbe drin und zwar wie sehr er ihre Mu***i vermisst und ich fand einige Stellen einfach nurnoch abstoßend. Vorallem weil sie 10.000 mal Sex haben und es ist jedes mal das selbe -.- Ich wollte diesem Band nochmal eine Chance geben nachdem mir Secret Sins so mega gefallen hat und ich dachte es wird vielleicht besser aber das tut es nicht. Es ist das genaue Gegenteil von Secret Sins nämlich keinerlei Gefühle und total Oberflächlich. Von mir 2.5 Sterne, da der Schreibstil an sich recht angenehm ist und man es schnell lesen kann. Sonst gibt es leider nicht viel positives. Schade.

Втората книга доста ме поизнерви, имаше секс, много секс, много много секс 😳 Имаше мъка, интриги, интересни развръзки, но всичко това беше ужасно наводнено с много описателен, доминантен, непрестанен секс. Може би ако се изрежат 60% от секс сцените книгата ще е доста приятна за четене. Наистина имаше няколко обещаващи нишки, които очаквах да се развият, но те бяха задушени от нетърпението да се прави секс, почти нямаше сексуално клише от последните популярни книги, което да не е вмъкнато тук 😞

We still have a lot of drama in this, but I felt like Clara and Alexander's relationship is more solid in this one. They still have things to work through but the love that's there is strong. I think the next book will be more about Clara integrating into the royal family. And I think it's not going to be easy with how nasty they can be. I wanted her to stand up more for herself in the first book and she has definitely done that in this second book. I just hope we continue to see that into the third.

When will I not stay up till 2 am or 3 am reading I wonder? Thank god I don't have any 8 am classes this semester. I couldn't handle it. Or I could, I would just have to take a nap after every class or something.
My main complaint with the book: Do Clara & Alexander do anything together besides having sex? Like jeez, lol. What happens when they're old and not terribly interested in sex anymore? What will they do together? Watch a movie or something, switch it up. All they seemed to do together was have sex. I'm not kidding.
My favorite part of this book was the drama (not the romance, not the sex). When it was heating up, I was thinking please, bring me more, keep it coming.
It still mystifies me how long the brothers have kept Pepper around, but I guess since she was fucking their father, *shrugs*.
Alexander finally proposed to Clara at the end of this book. It was the most elaborate proposal I can recall reading in a romance novel. To tell you the truth, I barely remember the last time the hero proposed to the heroine in a romance. Alexander told her, "Marry me." My husband better give me a whole speech about how much he loves me and why he wants to marry me. I don't want just one word. Hopefully, he'll know me well enough to know I want this without me having to explicitly tell him...
I'm glad they finally had anal sex. I should really censor these reviews LOL. Anyway, I wonder what will happen in the next book. I love how the mafia just got inserted into the storyline in the last chapter...

I was so stoked for book two in the Royal Saga series. The first one was so freaking good and the way it ended left me happy and upset all at the same time!!
Word of advice- Read Command Me first (I must say I loved the original name. For King and Country. It seemed to fit the storyline) SPOILERS known in book one will be in this review.
I liked this book. Sadly, I did not love it. And unfortunately, this has been my opinion on a few too many of my latest reads. Especially, series. I believe it’s time for a brain cleanser read. If you follow my reviews, you know that I was so over joyed with the first book in this series. I can’t say enough how I loved it. But, my feelings change for it’s sequel is very different. I was hoping for a pure angst fest after Clara woman’d up and decided not to be his dirty side secret as he continues to make his family happy first instead of what he wants.

“I had given him my body, and he had taken my soul.”
Most of my time was spent reading about the couple in the bedroom or more specified ‘play time’. No doubt though, X (or Alexander) and Clara have chemistry with a capitol HOT!! But after a while I was over the hotness factor and began to get bored with those scenes. I wanted more of the actual story. I needed that same feeling that hooked me in their beginning. I wanted resolution. I wanted characters to find their senses and ‘man up’. X and Clara have the same issues, she loves him but he won’t, can’t, give her his love. He tries his hardest, literally, in every way possible to show her what she means to him. The words are sweet and his intimate actions are mind-blowing for her but it just isn’t enough.

I will admit that Clara was the star. She really stood up for her self and for who she loved. THAT I liked. She didn’t just flap in the wind and become a ‘do as I’m told’ woman. Pepper was up to her no good and then Alexander became the knight in shining armor I knew him to be.
I will admit that finally I was happy with X and extremely happy with the ending. If only, that epilogue didn’t hook me into more drama that I am certain we will find in book 3!

This was me at the beginning and end of this book. I was beside myself when CONQUER ME showed up on my Kindle. I was desperate to see what Clara was going to do about Alexander. Was she willing to be his secret or was she really going to walk away. And after getting to the last page, the clapping happened again.
Geneva Lee managed to do something that very rarely happens with me. She made me fall in love with Alexander all over again. X captured my attention on a Virgin Atlantic flight from London to New York this summer. He was an overbearing, domineering ass, but there was something about X, aka Alexander, that compelled me to like him. Then love him and Clara together. But in CONQUER ME, we get more than the domineering X. We get Alexander, the man who lost his mother and sister, has the weight of a responsibility he doesn't want on his shoulder, and longs to have someone love and understand him...demons and all.
I was glad to see Clara standing up for herself and what she wants. No one deserves to be a secret, even if that means being the secret lover to the future King of England. She stood her ground and quickly found out exactly how much she means to X. But she didn't stop there. She stood up to her parents and even the King to protect her relationship with Alexander and the man she loves. It was refreshing to see her grow and not fall back on her old issues to deal with everything that was thrown at her.
I love this couple together and I can't wait until February when we get the conclusion to their story. If you haven't heard of Geneva Lee, you need to pick up the 2 books in the Royals Saga (COMMAND ME is book one). Clara and Alexandra are incredibly hot and sexy and worth every minute you spend with them.

A different spin on the contemporary romance story, the Royals adds in the fact that the hero is a member of England’s monarchy. But he’s a sexy, kinky royal, that’s for sure, and that kept me turning the pages in this incredibly well-written and sexy story.
Alexander and Clara’s saga continues right after Command Me, which I highly recommend as a hot, erotic romance. There is lots of drama to go around and lots of people conspiring to keep them apart. But Alexander knows what he wants, even if he can’t quite reveal his heart to Clara in the way that she had hoped. But the chemistry between them is explosive and Ms. Lee is an amazing erotic romance writer! You will need a cold shower nearby!
There are dark secrets from their pasts that might permanently break them apart. Will Alexander stand up to his father, the King of England? I loved the glimpses into the royal life and I adored the London setting. I truly felt transported to the famous sights and sounds of London and del that this book was very different from most contemporary romances out there now. There are glimpses of Alexander’s POV in this book which really added to the story. Give the Royals Saga a try, you will fall in love (or lust!) with Alexander!

This was a great second book to follow the first. The characters I felt had more depth and strength.
Book number two picks up where book number one finishes. We are left with Clara walking away from Alexander.
Two months later they are still apart and both are barely holding onto their sanity. The two find a way back to each other and let me just say I was so proud of Clara in this book for standing her ground. There is nothing worse than a weak female heroine and she was not that!
I loved the story line and of course the sexy time between these two. Looking forward to the final book to see how it will end for these two

ok... In the beginning of this book I was so stressed because of the ending of the first book. So much drama, it makes you sick but you want to read further. It's so annoying that you don't like the drama but are curious how it will end. Then there is a new situation of drama, you just can't stop reading how much you hate it. But dam the ending! Clara! finally you've grown some balls! I loved the moment when she stood up for Alexander and the whole fucked up situation Pepper Spray got them in. She was so strong and I was proud of her. But then.... The scene of the proposal was so beautiful and emotional <3 That moment was the best of the whole book, just like the moment she told the king to fuck of and leave her house. Finally she stood up for herself and her feelings. That's why I'm giving this book 4 stars out of 5. the drama was too much for me.

4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars! It was good. It had a good flow to it. Great side characters, although her mom is kind of a pain and she doesn’t know how to manage her. Her mom has her own issues but tends to butt in and try to control the heroine, it’s frustrating.
I didn’t understand why she allowed that Pepper bitch in her house at the house warming or why speak to her at all, I wouldn’t entertain her nonsense. I would’ve said “bitch get the fuck out of my house and stay the fuck away from me”. She causes so much havoc.
Ahhh but the proposal. I love the proposal, it was beautifully done by the prince. I swooned along with everyone else.
