Echo

I’m a Doomsday Sinner. A biker to my very soul.

Women have always been the same—interchangeable.

Until her.

She loves my control and craves my touch.

Now she’s mine. I’ve claimed her in every way possible and I won’t let anything, least of all her, tear us apart.

Olivia

I was on the holiday of a lifetime, until I ended up stranded in Archer’s Creek.

Then I met a badass, Harley riding biker boy who laughed at me.

He’s a bloody pain in the arse.

Bossy and controlling, he’s the unexpectedly perfect guy at the worst moment—because even the strongest love can falter when a crazed psycho decides I need to die.

Spicy, Sweet, Angsty, and Dangerous

Echo’s book is so spicy and I am so here for it! But even though Echo and Olivia are pretty much attached at the hip from the beginning, it’s still so angsty between the danger, Olivia constantly over thinking and never seeing any option but one, and a miscommunication.

Echo is over the top in EVERYTHING, but I loved his character. I also loved seeing Olivia grow into this new her” that’s the opposite of who she thought she wanted to be.

ECHO and OLIVIA

This book started off so well, but was kinda sudden with the over-the-top ‘attraction and heavy breathing and just cannot keep hands off each other.’

Echo and Olivia meet by chance, when Olivia gets stranded on her great American experience and has to work at the MC Bar to make some money to get through her trip.

She never expected to fall in love with Echo who is part of a motorcycle club and that scares her, but at the same time turns her on.
The complete opposite-ness of each other lifestyle, mannerisms and even behavior is very well juxtaposed and blends in nicely.

Echo is a man is less words, but when he talks, it’s to the point, definitive and decisive. He wants her and he will have her. At first Echo seems to be unaware of his feelings, but once he realizes what a gem Olivia is and she the perfect ‘old lady’ he not only commits, he lays claim to her in his own primal ways. And may I just say, there were so many ways!!... OMG!... The sexual tension is off the roof !!

“Something about her makes me want to help her. I want to promise her that everything’s going to be okay, that I’m gonna make everything okay for her.”
“I want to own her. Touch every inch of her skin. Ruin her for other men.”

That’s where the story sort of got a bit repetitive for me with her not agreeing on something, and him steam-rolling her with his alpha declarations, and claiming her with sex and more sex. Its sexual manipulation at its best.

Olivia is a very smart and headstrong girl, but when it comes to Echo her resilience crumbles like a chocolate chip cookie.

Add to the mix, a creepy stalker, a god-fearing biker hating land lady, an unwanted suitor, a bunch of biker men and prospects, a main lead that wants to claim and possess, and the female lead who is scared of a holiday fling and afraid to commit to it, and you have one crazy, action packed (in more ways than one *wink*) story.

Echo goes from sweet to sexy hot talk within minutes. His back and forth from sweet to dominant, is just on point, but also gives me whiplash!... LOL!

“I’ve found what I want, Livvy. You. I want every kiss, every gasp, every moan. I want to know everything about you, your hopes, your dreams. What your happy ever after looks like. Tell me you don’t feel it too, because I can see it in your eyes.”

“She’s mine, and I intend to keep her. I just had no idea that she’d end up becoming my home.”
“You’re mine and I’m yours. We’re it sugar. I understand why you think you need to run but your life is here with me. I was an idiot and I’m sorry. I’m coming for you sugar. You’re my forever.”

PS : Some of the most fun parts in the book were her ex and his partner, and honesty her friendship with Brandi was the true relationship goals.
And lets not forget to mention the absolute brilliance in the dialogue of the text messages Echo sends when she leaves. The escalation, the desperation, the ‘totally emotionally available’ biker... oh dear. Loved it!
