This is Laura and Alan’s story. Laura is feeling really down and can not figure out why her husband Alan is not touching her anymore and decides to ask him in a Chat Box.

This story is just like the first 2 before it. Although I will say this one had a lot more comedy. I found myself laugh a few times while reading it .
Laura and Alan are also a bit older and have been married for 14 years.
And boy does it show in the bedroom. Alan is one freaking HOT dude..

This is a short but powerfully passionate book

After 14 years of marriage Laura and Alan sex life has become stale, boring and literally scheduled. Both are unhappy with this but still in love and want something to change. When Laura's neighbors show up for their Tuesday breakfast they discuss the issue and come up with a solution on how to reignite their passion. This is my favorite book so far of this series (each book features a different couple). I loved how kink and light BDSM was not shamed and that Laura stepped out of her comfort zone to surprise Alan with his fantasy. I love that these books contain couples who love each other and want to work through their marital bedroom issues, often starting after having kids due to time or body insecurities and that their husbands love their wives' bodies. Laura & Alan is a quick listen that proves you're never too late to experiment in the bedroom.

After years of marriage and kids, Laura is finding she and her traveling husband Alan never have time for each other. As Alan becomes more distant, she decides to take the bull by the horns and messages him her concerns. Now she gets the answer she isn't prepared for. And what an answer it is! These two are hot! I love this series not only because the women have such a great friendship circle, but the stories are very true to life. The problems these women discuss and find solutions to could be you or your friend and it's refreshing to have an hour of realistic issues told in a story. Maybe the outcome isn't what we would do, but it's entertaining and fun! Continued narration by Hollie Jackson brings it all to life as the girls chat and find their happiness.

Lovin It

I just love these little love stories. Each one shows us the very thing that the reader could be having a problem with and shows us a fairly easy way to solve the problem. Always talk to each other, that's a lesson we keep learning.

I love the little quirks each couple seem to have. Love the different ideas each woman comes up with.

This is a short story, the third book in the Éveiller Drive series about 6 women from different backgrounds living on Éveiller Drive, not only are they neighbors but they become steadfast friends. They meet together once a week for coffee and to vent about whatever issues they are experiencing in their marriage. Like so many couples now days, they've set their needs aside only to concentrate on their children, jobs, and bills. However, they all have one common problem, how do they bring spice back to their marriage? The women come up with a game plan. They will each take turns to watch each other’s children so the couple will have some “Adult” time alone to spice things up.
This is the story of Laura and Alan who have been married for 14 years. For the last couple of years, Alan hasn't been very responsive sexually and Laura is afraid that he doesn't love her anymore. Alan still loves his wife but he's tired of the scheduled “vaniila” sex life they have. He missed how Laura used to be, a very sexual partner, and now there is no variety or spice in their lovemaking. What Alan doesn’t know is that she's not very happy with her body after having the children and has gotten so closely controlled in their life.
One morning while chatting with her husband on line she brings up her concerns to Alan. Alan is not certain if he should admit to Laura that the routine, scheduled life, including sex no longer makes him happy. He wants the explorative explosive sex life they used to have. Alan decides to tell his wife exactly what he wants in the bedroom and Laura is shocked! Can she lose control for the sake of marriage? Will she do what her husband asks and let him have control for one erotically, playful night? You will have to read this to find out!! I promise it will be worth it!

I love these stories because they are true to life and these situations actually happen to a lot of married couples who can probably relate to the couples on Éveiller Drive. Another awesome read! Great job Melanie James. I can’t wait to read about Jamie & Brad’s story!

This is the 3rd story of the couples that live on Eveiller Drive. This is Laura and Alan Richardson's story.

Laura and Alan have been married for 14 years and they own Richardson Development. Laura headed all of the Corporate Advertising and since having the their two children, she works from home-less stress than working at the office. For a while now, Alan hasn't been very responsive sexually and Laura is afraid that maybe he doesn't love her anymore. She's not very happy with her body after having the children and has gotten so regimented in their life.

Alan still loves Laura but he's tired of the controlled sex life they have. Laura used to be a very sexual partner, now there is no variety or spice in their lovemaking. He's tired of her excuses and the children aren't small anymore to use them as an excuse any more.

It is at the girls weekly coffee klatch at Laura's house that Laura's friend Jamie, comes up with a great idea and all the other friends agreed. They've come up with an erotic and fun night for Laura and Alan and in fact, it even helps the other friends. Laura's children will be gone for a day and a half so the plan goes into effect. Oh and what a plan it is.

I love these stories since they are so true to life and these situations actually happen to a lot of married couples. Melanie James has some imagination and comes up with some fun and erotic ideas for these couples to get the "spark" back into their lives again. If you read the other two books, you'll love this one too. Looking forward to the next couple and their story.

Another short story from the Eveiller series, part 3.

It's easily understandable when it seems like a wife and a husband never have enough time to spend together, with life getting in the way. That’s Kara and Alan’s life.

The excitement of Kara and Dave’s sex life is none existent, mostly from lack of communication. When Kara finally let her feelings known, Alan did the same. Which left them more frustrated.

With the help of Kara’s friends, they all head to the adult store, which was funny as hell to read. Imagine while you you shop around the store trying to find something to spice up your sex life with your husband, you find your old neighbor with her purchase very happy and eager to use what she just bought. Real funny.

After reading the other stories in this series, I learn that Kara and Alan are the naughtiest of the couples. What they do to bring sexy back into her marriage is really naughty, you gotta read to see what I mean.

This story is a real great read and very short. Having read about Kara and her friends are always fun, they make everything fun.

I can’t wait to read #4 of the series. Thanks for sharing your awesome series with me Melanie. =)

Laura & Alan is about a marriage which Laura and Alan's sexual life just went flat. There was no excitement in Laura and Alan's love life. After being married and having kids, Laura has fallen into a habit of being a stay home Mom and worries that her children will hear her having sex with Alan.

Alan travels a lot and is hardly home. He wanted some excitement in his marriage life especially in his sex life.

Laura received some advise from her closest friends of what to do to spice up their sex life. It was a home coming which Alan was happy to come home to.

Laura & Alan's story is a rediscovery of a relationship that went stale during their marriage. Much is focus on job, kids, and everything else that Laura and Alan have forgotten what they have seen in each other and fallen in love with. It was also to reopen their communication of each other needs and wants from each other. Even though the story is short, the story drives directly to the point of renewing relationship during marriage.

A fun, fast and sexy read about how Laura takes the bull by the horns so to speak to put the spark and so much more back into her 14 year marriage to Alan.
Alan comes home and walks right into a fantasy! And let me assure you that he takes full advantage and dives right in!!!
I particularly enjoyed the girls trip to the sex super store. The picture in my head of them pairing off and rifling through the racks, checking out the sexy outfits and then bumping into someone you won't believe! I just couldn't stop laughing at that conversation!!! It's absolutely renewed my belief that the joy, pleasure and fulfilment never has to end for any reason!
And I am more than ever reiterating that this series is a great read for men as well as women. These are true life scenarios which in themselves could start a much needed spark for any couple whose found "life" to be just another four letter word!

I am giving this review for author Melanie James. This is part 3 of the Éveiller Drive series by the author.

Laura and Alan have been married for 14 years but for the last 10 years of their marriage sex has become almost non existent to them. Between work, home and kids Laura has planned and organized everything and both try to rekindle their romance and love for each other.

I love how the characters interact with others and how the author gives the reader a smooth flowing read. The characters are just like the people next door to you and are so lifelike. and real.

This is for mature romance book readers. Melanie James has done it again with this read and I can't wait to see what is in store for the next couple.

This is Laura and Alans story. It is like the first 2 books. It can be read as a stand alone. This story is a little different. Laura and Alan have been married for 14 years, and are the older of the group on Eveiller Drive. Laura,and Alan have been having issues in the bedroom. Alan is gone a lot for business, so Laura decides to ask Alan in a chat message what has happened to them. He explains in his words what he wants, and it kind of leads to an online argument. Laura gets together with her friends, and tells them what is going on. They all decide to help her. This story is a bit funny. It had me laughing out loud at times. Another great read by Melanie James.

This is book three in the lives of the women on Eveiller Drive. In this book Laura and Alan have been married 14 years and own a business together. Laura is not satisfied with where their love live has gone. The book starts out with her and Alan having a chat about their sex life via a chat. Alan is arriving home on Friday so the ladies set out to plan an fun filled Friday for Laura and Alan. In this book Laura learns to give up some structure and control to put passion back in her sex life. Once again Melanie takes a true to life situation and turns it into an erotic night that brings a couple back together. I think I need to move to Eveiller Drive.

Alan is always traveling and Laura has to plan everything down to the minute. Alan just wishes she would plan some them time!! After a morning online confrontation and some good friendly advise Laura comes up with a plan to let loose a little. And the field trip the ladies take is a blast. Alan returns home to a new woman.

Still the same issues (people being referred to as THAT instead of WHO).
However, the issue it addressed is a very real one that many married couples of many years face at some point or other.

I loved reading Laura and Alan's story, this was such a realistic story. Melanie James is a great author and I love reading all of her books. So far Eveiller Drive has been so much fun to read, it is a great story about friends and marriage. I can't wait to read the rest of the stories.
