This book is full of very realistic photos depicting first aid emergencies. I used it in a college CPR and First Aid course. I recommend it highly as a supplement to any first aid class or training. This is a great reference book for students of First Aid. Whether you're going for certification or not, this manual has all the information you need to feel informed on the latest techniques in first aid and CPR. It also has some fabulous pictures showing examples of the conditions discussed, as well as the techniques. The only thing this text lacks is the hands on experience that brings true confidence to a citizen responder.
