Due 4/22. I picked this up because I hate cooking in the evening. I'd rather have something I can make ahead. Hmm, I hope I renewed this. I especially liked the ideas of mixes & TV dinners. I didn't try any of the recipes though. I checked it out for the introduction & part on freezing & preparing ahead of time.

Recipes are a little dated. I did like the sausage stuffed zucchini boat recipe, though.
