The Art of Flow: The Path to a Transformed Life

The ultimate textbook on the Laws of Attraction, Creation, Allowance & Flow, shifting the paradigm from attraction to Dynamic Creation—containing principles that will heal and change your life when practiced. Regardless of your personal beliefs and spiritual path, the essentials of The Art of Flow® are practical explanations of concepts we all live by—things we’ve heard so often that we simply assume we know what’s at their core. Focusing on a logical, practical analysis of some of the world’s greatest teachings, then sidestepping typical pop culture pseudoscience, The Art of Flow fills in the gaps that feel-good law-of-attraction philosophies don’t want to address, taking them to the NEXT level. By digging deeper and coming in from a different angle, The Art of Flow cuts through the layers that personally block us and our understanding—turning these concepts into identifiable, actionable, and measurable methods of shifting our perceptions and clearing out space for life to deliver on our dreams, desires, and needs.

The Art of Flow builds a foundation from simple ideas that pave the way to health, happiness, and prosperity across the domains of life. This simple text, when applied, has the power to move you from pain and suffering to joy and the natural flow you have always desired...creating the life, love, and well-being you have always deserved.

If you are on the precipice of something, if reoccurring events are happening and you can’t make sense of any of it, this book floated me beneath the surface to a self revelation and deep inner reflection, it may have just been it found me at just the right time, but it led me to understand why things were the way they were and that I played a role in all of it. It allowed me to unveil feelings of shame, anger, regret that were deeply unconscious and see outside the lenses of blame, victimization and suffering. It truly was a pivotal read. After a year, I am still fond of this book, the lessons are straightforward, easily applicable and certainly effective with quiet contemplation, but that is required for this to be truly understood.
