Wow, that was incredibly intense! It might have been my least favorite in the series just because of some topics Kendig tackles, as well as the romance, but overall it was a very gripping and intense read! Make sure you block off enough time to finish this before you start!

FALCON could very well be a story ripped from today’s headlines. Set in modern day Afghanistan the story details one elite military units fight to maintain cyber security as well as the safety and anonymity of valuable military assets. The identity of the person or group perpetrating the attacks is unknown, but the team in honing in on them. As they do the threat increases, the plot thickens, and lives hang in the balance. Ronie Kendig’s explosive ending to The Quiet Professionals Series will ke

Falcon is the third book in the Quiet Professionals series and definitely my favorite. It was action-packed and really emotional at times.
I did not know what was going to happen one chapter to the next and I was just hoping everything would work out alright.
All in all, a fantastic read! Highly recommend it and I am eager to read the novella for this series, which is about Titanis.

Once again, Ronie Kendig delivers an action-packed, edge-of-your-seat ride in the final installment of her Quiet Professionals series. Book three, Falcon, includes the Raptor team members from the previous books, as well as Timbrel and Candyman from the earlier story, Beowulf: Explosives Detection Dog. But, the bulk of the story is focused on finding the mole who has been sabotaging the team. We also get the chance to discover why Warrant Officer Salvatore “Falcon” Russo harbors so much animosit

I didn’t read this book in the way I typically would. I wanted it to last so I languished over the story for two weeks. I knew it was the end, and who knows how long I will have to wait before the next Kendig series comes out.
Trust me, it was really hard not to push everything aside and finish it in two days because Falcon is full of twists and turns and shocking discoveries –jaw dropping ones.

Just go ahead and add Ronie Kenndig to your list of must-read authors. You can certainly read "Falcon" without having read all of her other titles, but you're going to want to read everything she''s written. "Falcon" has several of my favorite elements-suspense, romance, characters that feell like friends, a page turning (and clean) plot. But what Mrs. Kendig really excels as is her portrayal of the military heroes who are skilled, honorable and compassionate. Her titles are always realistic and

This military series set in Afghanistan just keeps getting better. Salvatore "Falcon" Russo is an intense moody team member of Raptor Special Forces team of the Army Green Berets. He is an expert in ops and intel and is the team "daddy." Something is bothering Falcon and it seems to have begun when Lt. Cassandra Walker is assigned to the base. She works for the Defense Intelligence Agency's National Military Joint Intelligence Center and does undercover work. The two have a past history that did

Another riveting and captivating read from Kendig! As always I enjoy her tactical approach to books and the edgy, military style. Great characters, high energy action, excellent plot twists and a great theme of brotherhood and patriotism. My only wish for this book was that Sal had overcome his cutting with faith. As a Christian, I know that God offers the relief and peace our souls need when we struggle internally and I would have loved to have seen Sal find that so readers who also struggle mi

Hours after I finished what is, the final novel in author Ronie Kendig’s Quiet Professional series, I’m sitting here, trying to process everything. Something like “wow” has been my reaction since about 30-some pages in, and that reaction stayed the course throughout the 300 pages that followed.

Where do I even start with this review? The book starts out with action so, I think I will take my cue from there. Go buy this book! You will not regret it. You don't have to start from the first in the series, though I would recommend it. Again, you won't be sorry!

FALCON is the third installment in The Quiet Professionals Series, and once again, Ms. Kendig’s writing draws you in from the very start.
Raptor team member, Warrant Officer Salvatore “Falcon” Russo is as tough as they come. Being a part of the Raptor Team is his life. But, there are deep wounds behind the ‘no guts, no glory’ persona. One of those wounds is Cassandra Walker. Hate and bitterness is all Falcon feels for Cassandra, so when she is assigned to Raptor Team to help take down terrorist M ...more

“The soldier above all others prays for peace, for it is the soldier who must suffer and bear the deepest wounds and scars of war.” Douglas MacArthur
This quote Ronie choose fits so perfectly with this story. With the conclusion of a fabulous action-packed series, the final, Falcon, brings us deeper into our favorite soldiers’ lives as well as finishing off The Quiet Professionals series in classic Kendig fashion.

Falcon is the third book in the Quiet Professional series. In Falcon we get to know Salvatore ‘Falcon’ Russo better. We met Cassie in Hawk and we knew there was something explosive between Sal and Cassie. Falcon is a member of Raptor team. Cassie has been assigned to help them and he is none too happy about it.

I awarded this novel a rating of 5 stars. However... I could have easily awarded this novel a rating of 10-15 stars if I could have because I think that this novel deserved it. Before I started reading, FALCON, the third novel included in The Quiet Professionals series by Ronnie Kendig, I must admit that I had high expectations for it. Both of the previous novels included in The Quiet Professionals series, RAPTOR 6 and HAWK, had been good from beginning to end, so I expected the same rating from

Besides writing fast-paced action fiction, Ronie Kendig is also a champion in creating characters who despite their flaws I can’t help but love. It has happened before that I didn’t care so much about a certain character in a previous Kendig book – but when becoming the main character in the next book and I understood their motives behind their behavior, they became my new friends. Making friends between the pages is one of the best things that can happen to a reader.

Ronie Kendig is a sleep stealer! Falcon is a fast-paced and engaging read and one that is very hard to put down. I do not recommend beginning the book right before bed time. Ronie's characters are richly developed and genuine. One of the most appealing things for me about Ronie's writing is that the reader gets to hear from each character's voice. I also really like the way she weaves their back stories fluently as the story progresses. While you could read Falcon as a stand alone book, I recomm

Ronie Kendig is always a "must read" author. I was excited to read Falcon and even more excited to have my expectations surpassed.
As always the military detail and suspense is fast paced and thrilling. But where Kendig shines is how the characters drive the story. At the end of Hawk, Falcon is relatively unknown but that changes quickly. We also get inside Titanus's head and that is interesting. It's a story of redemption and faith as Falcon and Cassie deal with past mistakes and grudges. It's ...more

Goodreads win. Will read and review once received.
This was one of those books that had me at the edge of my seat. I very much did enjoy this read. I was so hooked I read it within a day. The author did a great job of creating this book. I can say I am definitely a fan of this book. The characters all bring something to the story. I would love to read more from this author in the future.

Set in Afghanistan, “Falcon” the third exciting thriller in the “Quiet Professionals” series opens with an attack on the U.S. Army’s Communications-Electronic Command (CECOM) building and the shooting of General Burnett. Coupled with a mole sabotaging the team and disruption of the super-secure network the Raptor team has its hands full with an investigation that sends Australian SAS officer Eamon "Titanis” Straider and Lieutenant Brie Hastings undercover to Trakkar Towers; Lieutenant Cassandra

Jaw dropping, edge of your seat, rapid-fire Fiction. I absolutely could not stop reading this book. Kendig had me hooked from page one, and the rest of the world faded away as I was taken on an adventure with the amazing Raptor 6 team. I found myself questioning those in command right alongside Falcon and the Captain. Kendig does writing like no other. Her military suspense takes my breath away, and never fails to make me even more thankful and patriotic. This story follows Salvatore“Falcon” Rus

This series has been an intense ride! I really enjoyed Hawk and couldn't wait to dive into the finale of this story and see what happens.
Ronie Kendig's military suspense style is on point!
She has the stakes high and the action full speed.
I didn't really care for Sal unfortunately, I found him to be not up to par with her other heroes and I got mad at him for what he did to both of the women in his past.

This was a surprisingly good read, well-thought out and executed. My biggest problem with it is that is at heart a romance set in military context. Once again, the scenes of war are descriptive enough, but the underlying emotions, especially the Love lives of the characters, weighs it down for me.
If anything, this story points out the perils of having women in the military, both to them and to the cohesion of the corps. Men will misbehave, as will women. Put them together and . . . it’s an oppor ...more

Another fabulous read by Ronie Kendig! She ties the series together with Falcon's story. It is action-packed and full of twists you just don't see coming. I audibly gasped enough that my family would look and say, "Oh, she's just reading again..." It is fast-paced right through the end - which is tied up so well.

Action, surprises, love, and absolutely wonderful characters. Nobody writes military men like Ronie Kendig! (Since this book wraps up a series, I'd highly recommend starting with "Raptor 6.")

Ronie Kendig is an award-winning, bestselling author who grew up an Army brat. After thirty years of marriage, she and her hunky hero are adventuring on the East coast, a short train ride from NYC with their retired military working dog and their Stealth Golden. Ronie’s degree in psychology has helped her pen novels of raw, broken characters.
