Effective and Simple

I was introduced to EFT by a wellness therapist. It is so simple it seems silly but put unbelief aside and try it. I’ve been using it for pain management, mostly. This book won’t replace the actual manual by Gary Craig, or a skilled therapist, but it is a great refresher!

This book is awesome!

It truly works! I've been having this pain around my heart and one of the tapping areas was on that spot! It has helped that pain!!

To the point, easy to understand. Keep watching videos and practising until it sinks in. Takes a while to process that such a simple thing works.

Very good short book

I found the book very useful. I recommend that every person on the earth should read it....as each one has some issues they are dealing with.

I found the book interesting and very relevant. As a person who experiences stress and anxiety at times it was just what the doctor ordered. I plan on putting the EFT Tapping techniques to practice immediately. I did follow the steps and recited the statement and I actually found myself calming down. I believe I was a number 6 on the stress level and after I when through the procedure my level when down to a 3. This book was an easy read. I enjoy anything that gives an alternative to taking medicine. The book explained the correlation of feeling dis-ease and how that can bring about disease. I plan on sharing this with my family and friends.

A helpful and informative tool

Practical and easy to follow tapping techniques covering a variety of issues. A great tool for utilizing EFT on yourself or in helping others benefit from this practice.

it was an interesting concept but I couldn't get it to work for me...of course I may have been doing it wrong! :)
