A fun follow-up to the first episode. The author does a good job introducing our hero as well as us to the newly acquired nanotech powers which are used to their current limits while our hero negotiates diverse terrains and challenging obstacles of the marathon to make it in the top 48 contenders who will move to the next stage of the Tech Games hosted by the sinister Pinnacle Corporation.

This is a great second book in a series perfect for advanced boys and young teens. The action and storyline flows very well. Even I'm looking forward to the third book.

It's an enjoyable series. That said, it could use some world building. Also, each book is very small and would probably be better served by being parts of a longer book rather than separate books.

Well here we go again.
The second instalment of this work continues to live up to the quality of the first instalment.
My only concern is that the author can keep up to speed with my desires to read the following parts.

Glad to get back to this, it's enjoyable. Still find the need for them to say the names each time they talk to each other very very weird. Roland's name is in the book over 500 times and that's only in 125 pages. Other than that, highly entertaining!

Leif Sterling has always had a rich imagination and an eccentricity for all things technical. He read every door-stoppingly, thick computer manual that he could get his hands on from the time he was twelve on. Not surprisingly, college yielded bachelors and masters degrees in IT for him, which has come in handy when describing futuristic nano systems that haven’t been invented yet.
