After a very disturbing dream and massive act of vandalism, Keegan, as the outsider, stands accused and fights to prove his innocence to the very strange John Bruce and the extremely threatening Simon James. Following their interrogation, Keegan discovers a dark series of underground tunnels that run under the high school and town.

While navigating this creepy underworld, Keegan draws on strength that he never knew he had, but the tunnels only raise more questions about what is going on in Sedonia Falls. He senses something is very wrong with the town. This fear is bolstered when Lizzy, who's unwavering friendship has been the best thing about this move, delivers a cryptic message that sends him on a trip to the neighboring town of Sedona, but first he has to pass through a terrible test using his newfound strength.

BORN JUST outside of Gunnison, Colorado in a government research facility called Area 52.5, (truth be told, Mom, a government astrophysicist, was in her last trimester at Area 51 when she was abruptly transferred), Jax Spenser spent his early years wondering if Dad was the meek and mild-mannered man living at home or if he really existed in the distant twinkle of a far off alien’s gaze.

AFTER AN AWAKENING during his teen years (some would call it puberty packing a lead pipe), Jax spent the rest of his life filled with the absolute belief that not only was the truth out there but that his real father looked proudly down on him in hopes that his baby boy Jax would one day find his way back to whatever distant corner of the Universe Pops beamed in from. Until that day, Jax has dedicated his time to writing possible scenarios in which the two might one day meet again.

I'm loving this series of books. Each book is like an itch but I'm unable to scratch it. At the end of each book I NEED to read the next installment in the hope that I can finally scratch the itch. Just downloaded the last 2 books.

Another great chapter. Freefall continues the story with more mystery and added a bit of drama, suspense and action all at once. Our hero (Keegan) is really starting to pull himself together and I found myself cheering him on. Keegan is still in danger. The book provides some clues about Keegan's mysterious circumstances, but leaves you literally in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do but anxiously await the arrival of book 4. I am really looking forward to the next segment in the series.

Waiting....

I can honestly say that I'm enjoying the torture of this book. Each episode I have read keeps me interested enough to read the next one but doesn't explain anything. Just more questions. I won't know how to rate the book in its entirety until I read the last episode
