Puppy Love is an easy read and the story is nice and well written. I’d love it was a bit longer, however it leaves some place for imagination at the end (the happy end). If you are looking for something short and cute, this book is worth to try.

Really liked the story. It's cute and sweet, but short, it took me approximately one and half hour to read from start to end.

3 1/2 Stars - Goodreads doesn't let me add 1/2 stars
I downloaded this book from the author's web site to give her books a gander, and it was a pleasant read. I typically don't read short book / stories as I feel like the story and the characters cannot be sufficiently developed in a short format. This book surprised me in that the characters developed quickly. I hated George - but I'm sure that was the point, so the author developed him well. From the minute he opened his mouth, I wanted to cuff

What a wonderful heartwarming short story! The author puts everything into this short read so many short stories have so much left out but this author gives you it all as a puppy brings two people together. This is one emotional read you can feel the pain that Melanie goes through with her jealous fiancée and the lost she feels over her run away puppy to the love the puppy and the horse have for each other. There is such a pull and so much chemistry with Liam, you will want to beat the crap out ...more

This short story is a stand-alone, contemporary romance. I liked it. The main characters fall in love quite quickly, bonding over the purchase of a dog, even though Melanie is engaged to someone else. I felt that the puppy running away and finding his way home, twice, was perhaps handled too lightly. I know in our house if the dog gets out, it's a major deal until puppy is home. But this story was really sweet, in that the puppy managed to get his new owner Melanie to fall in love with his old o ...more

I can honestly say this is not that bad of a book. i would say its for people 18 and over. I also will say this when I was with in a first few pages of the book the thing that came to mind was the author saw the budwiser commercial and made a story from it. I think thats pretty amazing if thats what she did. The story was over all short and sweet but if you are looking for a quick and fun read this is the book for you

I got this for free off of Melissa's site. I liked the story, but I think that readers should be warned a head of time that this is a short story. With that, because it is such a short story I think that a lot is missed on what could become of Liam and Mel, besides finding out that they love each other.

I really enjoyed reading this book. Love is not only a human emotion. I loved how the humans are brought together by their pets. At one point I thought the story was ending and was so glad that it continues. A short quick read that reminds you that love comes in many forms.

I was given a free copy of this book by the author for an honest review. This was a short and sweet book. This book was awesome. The storyline was awesome. If you like romances with animals in them as well as short stories then. this book is for you. I highly recommend this book.

Very cute story, but too short! I wish the book had been longer with more character development.
