The title is somewhat misleading as it focuses rather sparsely on the "future" of farting and what new and different things we can expect in the field going forward. The good news is, despite being a second volume in what appears to be a series, I feel confident saying you need not have read the first book to understand, appreciate or enjoy this one.
There is only so much you can expect from a 160 or so page book on flatulence. To that extent, it met my expectations, which was to find just as many hits and misses. I did laugh quite audibly to a few of the jokes, but there were more pages that fell flat.
Now that I've absorbed the knowledge in this book, it will be part of a white elephant gift presented tomorrow at work along with a Charles Dickens action figure. Let the "stealing" begin.

If you like fart humor, great book.

Also this actually does have some interesting facts that I didn't know. Quick read, took me like 30 minutes to read the entire 160 page book.

This book had so much of my wife and I in it. It's nice to know its not just us and we aren't alone in this world. A true fart family.
