Es un libro que tiene 3 partes: Un pequeño relato, una parte de fotografías y un texto periodístico con anécdotas.
Sinceramente no me ha gustado mucho el libro, y lo compré porque vi que venía de regalo con una revista a 3'95€. Sinceramente, una mala compra desde mi punto de vista.

Un libro de tres pequeños relatos muy ameno, cortito, que da gusto leer por la prosa que tiene el autor. Lo he devorado de una sentada y me ha mantenido totalmente absorbida entre sus páginas. Destacaría la "historia fotográfica" que nos ofrece, pudiendo ilustrar e incluso vivir aún mejor las letras en la que nos sumerge.

En las obras citadas,el autor no sólo trabaja los aspectos sociales de los emigrantes y de los marineros ; su conocimiento interior del ser humano va poco a poco apareciendo en ambos cuentos con el correr de la narración .
La versión al castellano logra en todo caso mantener la influencia del habla y del carácter gallegos, de su gente de mar. Su preferencia por el lenguaje coloquial directo le permite el ajuste de la palabra al ritmo del pensamiento.
