I thoroughly enjoyed Lauren Duval's book about Revolutionary Households!! If you've ever wondered what it was like for the ordinary person in the midst of the American Revolution, this is the perfect book. Lauren does a fabulous job providing examples and accounts from a litany of different types of persons, stations, etc. to give the reader a complete, well-rounded understanding. Extremely well-researched and written in a very accessible manner. Highly recommend!
