This is about how/why/if American's would choose Hillary Clinton to be President so I guess this is a bit unusual to have read in 2009.
I really really enjoyed the first half but the second half read slightly like a synopsis of Hillary's autobiography. So if you've not read that I'd definitely give this book a go.
