My husband read it first and he couldn't put it down. He was so happy that someone asked him to read it. It is a real page turner. It is obvious that the writer did his research and knows how to develop a story and keep the reader engaged. I am looking forward to what will follow.

Without a question, my new favorite book!

This one I knew from the reviews and descriptions was either going to end up a disastrous disappointment or wind itself up on my favorites list. Thankfully it turned out even better than I could have hoped!

The story is moving, the characters are wonderful, the very idea of this book is incredible! I can not wait to dive into the huge list of books recommended within this one. I have a feeling the journey that started here with Escaping the Wheel is going to last me through til the end of my days...

I rarely have enjoyed a book this much, and although the end of a good book is always something I don't look forward to, this time feels different as I now have so many other books to look forward to to continue this process of discovery.

Thank you Eric for this book!

I was skeptical as to whether I could enjoy this book when I first opened ESCAPING THE WHEEL. What a surprise I had; the characters are fabulous, and the plot is delicious! Some readers may be put off by the fact that this novel is all about reincarnation. I'm not a believer myself, but this author is fantastic! I was totally engrossed in the book and could not put it down. I learned a good bit while reading, and I highly recommend this to other!

Won this book through a goodreads giveaway.

An enjoyable read with strong character development and scenes throughout the book are well described. Not a heavy action book, except for the beginning and the end, but the plot still moves along at a decent pace. Overall I would recommend this book to those who enjoy a good drama dealing with the topic of reincarnation.

Escaping the Wheel was an interesting book, with deeper messages about reincarnation, loving each other, etc. The middle of the book had me completely interested and focused. However, the ending was boring. Trying to tie up the loose ends cause the author to leave many more loose ends, which just made the book unnecessarily longer.

Goodreads Paperback Win

An escape convict, Rostain, find himself seeking revenge but has also become obsessed with karma and reincarnation. Wanting to end his time on the Wheel of Life but it is not an easy task. He must go back and do must undo his past wrongs in his other lives and seek their forgiveness which keep drawing him back to Earth.

We watch how different people he has played a part in deal with things. That each character play a different role and how it is unfolds in the end.

It is an interesting story as the pages are quickly read despite the number of pages. We find ourselves quickly engross with the plot and characters.

Here's the thing...this book just wasn't for me and I really just couldn't get into it.

I found the plot to be very unbelievable and I just didn't really enjoy what was trying to be told. I enjoyed the theme of reincarnation, I just wish it was being told in a different manner.

For me, when I don't like the characters you're presenting me with...you've lost me. That's what happened here. I really didn't like these characters...not a one.

The novel was very well written for a first-time novelist. I was very happy with that. It's what made the book bareable to read up to the end.

For those of you who believe in reincarnation, this is a great book for you and those who don't, it gives you something to think about, at the beginning of the book I thought I would not be interested at all, then after a couple of chapters I was hooked, I am not saying I believe or do not believe, but the thought process was there. Probably a book for those with open minds. I also will be sure to read the books that are recommended at the end.(I won this book on goodreads).

I enjoy the subject of reincarnation but I could not get into this book. The characters are hard to relate to and the story dragged.
