Nothing is special about this book. It actually annoyed me in the beginning for trying to over sell.. what I have already bought :/ No new information about the subconscious or hypnosis. But now after finishing it. It was the right book at the right time for me.
Using the conscious mind to condition the subconscious mind through self-hypnosis The book is about conditioning or programming the subconscious mind using verbal and visual formulation techniques to achieve success positively by inducing through the self-hypnosis method. The author mention visual formulation as mental cinema. The first two chapters need to be read before heading to other chapters to apply the technique. Overall it was a good read to understand how the self-hypnosis method works.
Tons of examples of self guidance and how to turn statements to positive nature/ reference vs a negative. Examples of verbal and visual cues for most of the book are also very helpful.
A smooth read that introduces self hypnosis concept. Educates on how to utilise our subconscious mind. But seems difficult to practice in real life just by reading a book.
