This one is a big hit all around in our home. The kids love it and I don't mind reading from it as the stories are entertaining and well-composed. I love that Grainne O'Malley is included! The cds are a tremendous bonus as my 4 year old is now in the habit of putting on stories to listen to while she plays in her room. All the Barefoot Books are very nice in that regard.

From ages 4 though 8, my 3 boys have not never stopped asking me to read them these stories. That's rare and rave review.

Kinda boring for the most part. It took us several days to read, because it was so long. The boy I read it to seemed to enjoy it though.
