Easy read with some good pearls of wisdom. References are dated but the principles behind the doctrine remain the same.

As this has been a perennial struggle of mine, I drank up this book quickly- within a few days. I loved her personal stories the most. Even if I couldn't relate to all of them, I still found them of great value. I also gleaned some great ideas to use in my own life, including a 30 day challenge to increase the power of prayer.

I love this author! I heard her speak at BYU Education Week and was thrilled to find this book at the library. She has a beautiful, powerful testimony which flows throughout the book. I enjoyed the personal examples she gave, as well. The book was easy to read and strengthened me spiritually.
