this book starts off rather well and promising but then jumps off a cliff mid-way through with useless text filler obtained from readily accessible vendor brochures and manuals that serve no practical purpose yet arguably placed in there by the author as a point of reference. i suspect he may have been paid to put those in the book and/or probably had no motivation to finish what he started. it's half a book.
