Orrell very well understood millennials even 11 years ago when she wrote this short intro to us, our upbringing, and our desires and habits as applied to the working world.

Still couldn't escape the fact that this book is a sales tool, given the full chapter at the end dedicated to "How Lisa Can Help Your Company."

Even so, I think quite a few people at my current gig would benefit from giving this a read...
