Dark. Strangers with nowhere else to go at Christmas wind up at an Inn set on the exposed cliffs of Britain. Little is as it seems. Ghostly people appear and leave, empty humans try to graspingly make personal and physical connections with strangers almost to prove that by being witnessed by another they actually do exist. Like it but not a read for a rainy or cold winter's day.
