Examines the anxiety disorder known as OCD, its symptoms and manifestations, how it can be controlled and treated, and, through case studies, what it is like to live with obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Straight forward and easy to understand explanations with examples of OCD. I saw myself in my mind from my early years to now as I read through the pages in this book. I am currently a counter and a checker with minor rituals to go to bed and leave the house.
I really wasn't impressed. If you are clueless about OCD, this book would provide some basic information, but I honestly think the average reader would be better served by reading something more comprehensive.
