This gem of a book is chock full of a myriad of Parisian adventures in many different neighborhoods. I love that there is such a variety of food shops, florists, restaurants, cultural sites, and other miscellaneous stops featured. It isn't necessarily bargain oriented but you will happily spend weeks exploring. I'm ready to pack my bags.
Perfect inspiration for our Europe trip this fall. I’m going to read it again and plan our days with many of the locations highlighted within. So descriptive and enticing.
Amazing book very bright and bold description wise with detail that captures the imagination. The photos in the book really take you to Paris along with the description. A travel guide well done.
C'est magnifique! This book transports you to marvellous, little known, cafes, bistros, boulangeries, fromageries, patisseries, bars, markets, gourmet food stores, museums & more all over Paris. With beautiful photography, it definitely inspires a visit, if only to wander the streets.
A nice book to read to inspire you for a trip to Paris. Cute little vignettes centered around Parisian life, though it doesn't compel you to finish it.
This is such a fantastic book to read before going to Paris. I'd been twice before and I still found it so useful, and I visited quite a few of the places mentioned and they were wonderful.
