A good LGBTQ mystery thriller! A great read depicting of what would be your moral compass. If you could take the life of a bad person to save your patient, would you?

This book was such a cool new story! It is a medical mystery/thriller, with a hint of the paranormal and some M/M romance! This is T.J. Gossamer’s debut novel and you need to go check it out! The main character’s name is Quinn and he is a critical care nurse at a children’s hospital. And the drama of a normal PICU is already intense but in this story we add in a deity and a serial killer! The drama is intense and really makes this story such a fun ride! And the M/M romance is really adorable! You won’t want to miss out on this book! I promise it’s a story that you haven’t heard before!!

This book was so beautifully written. TJ did such a wonderful job developing a plot that gets you hooked while also giving us a natural queer romance that felt like a relationship most of us in the queer community could identify with. The twist and turns were so much fun and the characters were all navigating their own plots that all came together in such a mind blowing way. Can’t believe this was his first book he’s written. I highly recommend this book for anyone who loves mystery thrillers with a little bit of a sci-fi twist to it and of course to all the queer people who are looking for more books with queer characters in them.

Every chapter's twists had me perched on the edge of my seat, holding my breath in suspense. Gossamer's plot surprises hit you like a ton of bricks. The characters emotional journeys left me mesmerized, feelings swirling in a tempest. His enchanting imagery and captivating narratives make this book an unforgettable adventure. It's a blend of suspense, romance, and medical drama with a twist of the supernatural and a deep essence that kept me captivated till the very end.

SUCH an AMAZING book!! It was fast-paced from the start, and just when I thought I had figured a part of it out, I hadn't. Only to realize I HAD, but then another twist or two was thrown in!
All in all, ten out of five stars! Great book, amazing debut author, and novel!! Get the book!!

This was my first ever medical thriller and I loved it. The thrill, the romance, the heart break, just everything was such a good time! The end absolutely broke me and just may have got a tear out of me
