Good system for memorizing. I've read other memory books that provide theory and the general how to, but this one provided a practical system you can actually use.

A very short audiobook (under 3 hours) that teaches you exactly how to apply the most common mnemonic memorization techniques. The examples are a bit hard to follow/outdated. For example, to remember the first 13 colonies, one will imagine a calf for New Jersey. I don't think of New Jersey and I'm not familiar with what Jersey calf is. A few of the celebrities he used are also not familiar to millenials. Other than that, it's a pleasure of an audiobook, although I would barely call it in audioBOOK. It feels more like you're in a college course because the students practice the mnemonic techniques.

Pretty good ideas in this book. I'm currently working on the number system to memorize important phone numbers. I admit that I already knew about some of the techniques--acronyms and mnemonics. But there were enough new techniques to keep me interested.

This has some good techniques, but it is not simple. It will take some work to put them into practice
