Mills and Boon; a name that has become synonymous with cheap (and let's face it, often trashy) romance paperbacks. The reasons that it is possible to produce as cheaply as they do involve cutting corners during editing, and going to print on cheap materials.
I am well aware that this book published by Harlequin is clearly not published by Mills and Boon, however I'm not entirely convinced that they are in fact separate companies. Either way, (and regardless of the publisher) this novel's plot scr

Great story

I greatly enjoyed this romance set in San Francisco and old San Diego. The Corona Del Mar hotel in the story is still there. Along with the plot the characters were well-defined and interesting. Caught between two worlds, they helped each other while risking family censure. A sweet romance.
