Emma Creed lives in England and enjoys behaving like the perfect princess to her extremely tolerable husband all whilst raising 3 boys and a mini princess in the making. When she isn’t entertaining the voices in her head, she spends her free time with a glass of white wine and a good book. Emma has been an avid reader since she was a little girl and with a little encouragement to take the leap into writing, she discovered that she loved it. When she isn’t locked in her writing cave making up stories she can be found chatting on social media and wasting hours scrolling through Tik Toc.
It was TOO good to be true. Especially with this author. I should’ve known better than to trust her. Well, it’s on me. The h gets raped repeatedly by the enemy’s crew. I stopped reading after the third guy is raping her. It’s in actual time too so you get to read about it. I absolutely detest rape scenes.
The thing about this author is that I enjoy her writing skills, she has a way to engross me in her stories BUT she’s ever safe. Again, if it wasn’t for that, I’d have continued reading.

Holy hell - what a ride! This book was crazy good. Another nail-biting, twisted, drama llama from one of may favorite authors, lol. Absolutely loved Millie. That girl knew what she wanted and that was Dev - her ex-boyfriend's older brother. She persued him relentlessly. He tried to resist 1) because she was his little brother's ex 2) the big age gap 3) all the dangerous club drama, but that girl was not to be swayed from her goal. The storytelling was fabulous. The smexytimes smokin'. And the twists nearly laid me out. Emma's series are best read in series order and if you haven't started this series, you're really missing out. Can't wait to see what's coming next!
Dev's stole the top spot. Damn that man and his mouth. It's been a while since I've been stuck to the pages but Dev and Millie's story demanded it. I couldn't put it down, not that I wanted to. The emotions gave me whiplash which is something that Emma is very good at, my heart sat in my mouth and my butt firmly on the edge of my seat. Dev is now my firm favorite of the long beach charter.
This author is seriously awesome. Her characters are so well developed, the plots are intertwined to perfection and she hits hard with the emotions. This is another fantastic MC romance with everything you want, need and more. Love this pair along with all the other characters and am always left wanting more.
He’s her childhood sweetheart. One the boy she could always count on. But he has everything mapped out for them.
Join his brother’s club, become a Long Beach Dirty soul and then she will be his old lady.
Only…What if Millie doesn’t want the same dreams with Corey?
Dev knows the darkness that being a Dirty Soul can bring out in people…he’s done his fair share being the enforcer. So, what would that mean for his little brother Corey who he swore to protect?
And, why does fate keep playing with everyone's hearts and emotions?
Sometimes proving yourself to others can lead to consequences you or anyone else saw never coming…will you still risk it?
I’ve kissed plenty of women in my time, but with her, I know it would be different. It would mean something, and that scares the shit outta me.
This charter is going from strength to strength with the bonds that these men and women are creating. Long Beach is starting to look like a family from Emma's other well loved series and I am all here for it!
Dev is taking the roaring lead this time and he doesn’t hold any punches so watch out ladies…this one gonna take you on a ride!
We’ve always known that Dev’s younger brother Corey has been obsessed with joining the club as soon as he was older enough and now that he is Dev is hellbent on that not happening. But, there are only soo many times Corey will listen, until an opportunity arises within the club growing troublesome enemies creeping from the rotten woodwork thanks to their former scumbag Prez.
Emma loves twisting up the storylines and leaving you open- mouthed to say the least. Any theories you had suddenly changed within a swipe of a page.
Millie comes to light in this story too and we soon find out how strong of a female character she turns out to be. A young character, who sure knows her own mind and with this storyline she soon falls into pace with the other well loved female characters within this series.
“Don’t play with fire, baby girl.”
Loving where this series is going, with each story you have your main characters but also other characters appear and build around the whole story. There is an ongoing story which makes you wonder what else will be uncovered.
Lots of emotions in this one, Emma does touch on some dark scenes making it gritty, pure and but shows care. It’s a dark MC not a fluffy romance so every element that’s added works perfectly with the details to create the right scene.
Exciting times are coming and my mind is already spinning…especially for Vike’s story next!!
Emma Creed delivers a gritty, emotionally charged, and darkly romantic installment in the Dirty Souls MC series with Dev, a story that blends loyalty, brotherhood, trauma, and forbidden love.
Dev, the club's loyal and protective enforcer, takes his role as big brother just as seriously as his club responsibilities. When his younger brother becomes desperate to join the MC, Dev takes drastic—and manipulative—measures to keep him out, using his brother's girlfriend, Millie, as part of his plan. What he doesn't expect is for tragedy to strike in a way that rocks the entire club, forever changing the trajectory of their lives.
Millie, the innocent girl caught in the middle, finds herself clinging to the one person who understands her grief—Dev. Their chemistry has always simmered beneath the surface, and in the aftermath of loss, it explodes into a fiery and forbidden romance. Dev struggles with guilt, loyalty, and the haunting truth that Millie has been his from the start—even when she wasn't his to claim.
The story dives deep into dark themes, including graphic violence and scenes of sexual assault (SA), making this a heavy and at times heartbreaking read. Emma Creed doesn’t shy away from the raw and painful realities of MC life, and readers should take note of the content warnings.
Despite the darkness, Dev offers glimmers of hope and healing. Dev and Millie’s journey is messy, complicated, and full of secrets, but ultimately leads to a hard-earned happily ever after—at least for now. Their bond is one built through pain, passion, and resilience.
Fans of the series will appreciate the emotional depth, action, and the setup for what’s to come in the Long Beach chapter. This installment proves that sometimes love rises from the ashes, even when the world around it burns.
If you’re a Dirty Soul lover like me, you’ve followed their stories through Colorado and now into Long Beach. Dev is the fourth book in the Long Beach Charter. He’s the club’s enforcer, which means he’s all about getting his hands dirty. Nothing, other than the brotherhood of his club, as well as his own little brother Corey, matter to him.
Millie Dawson is the itch that Dev just can’t scratch. Why? Because she’s his little brother’s girl. She’s around a lot, having been in their lives for quite some time, not to mention leaving her clothes lying around the house. Dev feels nothing but guilt and temptation when he looks at her, but he always keeps his distance. Millie, much in the same way, begins to feel the beginnings of something between her and Dev, leaving her wrestling with the guilt as well.
But what happens when both of their worlds are turned completely upside down? One night was all it took for them to be thrown together to try and figure out the answers. But can they get past their emotions to really be able to find their happily ever after?
Emma does what she does the best, leads us down all sorts of twists and turns, leaving steamy apprehension in her wake. The angst is real, but when things start to happen? Whew! She never lets me down. I love that she includes multiple points of view- not just those of Dev and Millie. To me, it really pulls you deeper into the feeling of family between them all. Be ready for all kinds of sexy time, lots of emotion, and some unlikely partnerships. Can’t wait for Vike! Highly recommend!
Wow, Dev just shot up to my #1 fave Long Beach Dirty Soul - and not just because of a personal connection 😉. I was kinda side eyeing Dev and Millie in the last book, but boy are they good together. They had to go through some tough situations with Corey and I didn’t know how it was going to shake out, but in pure and classic Emma Creed fashion she threw some curveballs on us and man does it pay off! Let’s just say that all your kin ain’t your kind. Millie and Dev had to make some ridiculously selfless (though some may say selfish) decisions, but they could never have taken in account all of the selfish actions and decisions of others affecting their lives and others. On top of their drama, we’re still dealing with a mystery murderer on the loose along with the Irish mob causing trouble. Dev is a protector by nature, so his actions with Millie is all about protecting her and Corey. Millie is an honest and nurturing person which makes her actions with Corey and Dev so heartbreaking and refreshing at the same time. The two of them together, Dev and Millie, reflects his name fully - Devastation. Ms. Creed is back to her roots with this one (yall remember Lost Soul of the Colorado series). Woooo chile, this book, check that, this series, will leave you breathless and anxious and ready for the next book as soon as you finish this one.
I can't believe in rescuing not for in this series, and each book is better than the previous one! This is the time for enforcer Dev. And he's a conflicted chap doing wrong things for his reasons, or is he? Enter Millie, she's too young, his younger brothers ex girlfriend, and a temptation he should resist. But Dev is a complicated Soul and as his secrets are revealed I can't help but like him more and more. His determination to protect Millie, even from himself is compelling!! Millie is determined to love him more, and as tragedy and secrets surround them and the Long Beach chapter. They have to dig deep to find trust and resilience. Alongside this we have the rest of the Long Beach Souls and more secrets, worries and allegiances are coming into play. I loved this book, there was so much action, so many characters slowly revealing there isn't secrets and intrigue a-plenty in this beautifully crafted book. Once more Emma has taken us on a emotional ride. I laughed I cried and was blown away by the revelations! I cannot wait for more!!
What a ride! Dev and Millie's story had my hooked from start to finish. And... Emma Creed is once again out here wreaking damn havoc on my emotions! I went through it all! Tears absolutely included.
The angst, lust and connection between these two was soooooo good. Poor Dev..... "I want her fuckin' everywhere. I just can't fuckin' have her."
Then we have the suspense and action that once again had me on the edge of my seat. The Dirty Souls MC have their continuing drama and enemies that just won't go away, while Dev and Millie bring more drama to the table.
The twists and turns had me a number of times gasping. You know those what am I reading moments? Yep... I had some of those. Plus some twists hurt my heart! I was not expecting them at all.
I'm trying to keep this review as spoiler free as possible, because honestly you just need to dive in and enjoy the emotional rollercoaster ride from start to finish!
I would most definitely recommend this book and series!
The Dirty Souls MC: Long Beach charter, book four, is filled with action, drama, and plenty of emotional scenes. I can’t recommend it enough.
Dev is undoubtedly one hunky guy who has it all going for him. Not only is he a honey, but he is also a caring man who basically raised his younger brother. As the club enforcer, he’s had to get his hands dirty, but his loyalty to his club is unquestionable.
Millie is one formidable character, she knows her own mind and once it’s made up won’t be swayed from her goal. I love how determined she is to stake her claim, and even though she is young, she shows true grit.
In true Ms Creed style, there are some incredible twists and turns that make for an exciting read. Be prepared for some intense emotional reading, though. I loved every bit of this book.
I received an advance review copy and I am leaving this review voluntarily. This is my own opinion and was not influenced by anyone.
Dev is book 4 in the Dirty Souls Long Beach. Another book that rips at your soul. Dev and Millie have pain that the other can understand but at the cost of Dev's brother. How these two finally get their chance is a hard, messy road traveled. If you have triggers, check out the warnings and take them seriously. Emma Creed doesn't skirt over the tough, gritty and violent life of the MC brothers.
There is plenty of action and drama as well as steam. I love that we get to dig deeper into the psyche of the characters. Dev and Millie are both so well-developed as characters that as a reader you feel like you know them and their world.
Dev was a tough read for me due to the SA but in the end I am very glad I finished the book.
Millie was Corey’s girlfriend, but she broke things off when she realized she did not have the same feelings he did, as she only had eyes for Dev. Dev tried to do everything to help his brother stay on the straight path but all he wants is to be a Soul. He takes a step to push his brother to do what he feels he should that has tragic results.
Millie and Dev had a chemistry that simmered beneath the surface but now both have their guilt over Corey. When Millie is taken, Dev is ready to do what is ever needed and never let her go again.
There is a lot of emotions in this story, due to the loss of Corey and the regret on things that Dev was not paying attention to. Cannot wait for the next in the series.
This book was mind blowing. It was non stop drama, action, and pent up desire. This is my favourite to date in this series and I was completely hooked by the story and the heart break that Dev and Millie had to face. Their journey was one of pure torture but unadulterated want and lust and the twists that kept on coming just added to the roller coaster ride we are constantly on with our Dirty Souls MC. Trust me these books are not for the faint at heart so be prepared to get emotional invested in characters who are both amazing and utterly dirty but they are also 100% loyal. Another amazing read by Emma Creed.
Bound not by blood but loyalty We live, we ride, and we die by our own laws.
Dev: my loyalty lies with my blood brother and my MC brothers. I want better for Corey. Even though I think his girlfriend makes me have thoughts I should not have. Millie: I am crushing on my boyfriend's brother. Does that make a terrible person? Maybe? Its time to visit Long Beach again. The club is trying to do better but as we all know secrets can not be buried forever. Grab your cut cause its time to ride and be ready lots of detours on the way.
Dev, the club’s Enforcer, is every bit as intense and commanding as you'd expect, but this book reveals a more vulnerable, heartfelt side that completely draws you in. Watching his layers peel back was one of the highlights. Millie was such a standout who is tough, fearless, and full of heart. She brought her own fire to the story and proved she’s more than capable of standing strong in the club world. The plot was packed with twists, tension, and emotional depth, keeping me turning pages late into the night. Another solid hit in the series.
It's clear that all Dev wants to do is protect those that mean the most to him. He loves his brother more than anything, but Millie is his weakness. It's a fight he has within himself every single day. So much happens in this story, and Dev and Millie's relationship is pushed to it's limits. The story is intense, violent, dark, gritty, and consumes you. There is so much I could say, but I don't want to spoil a thing. This is probably my favorite of this series so far. I can't wait to see what's to come.
I'm absolutely loving this new spin off from Emma. The Long Beach Dirty Souls are dark, suspenseful and tab boo and I'm loving every moment.
I really enjoyed Dev and Millie and watching their relationship unfold. Some of the stuff with Corey had my head spinning and my heart breaking, but the way it brought our couple together was worth the pain.
I'm really excited about Vike's story. I don't think Emma has done an MFM romance, but I'd soooo be here for it because MMCs who are enemies is one of my favorites.
I loved this book!! It was full of moments that make your jaw drop and just when you think you're prepared for what comes next, you realize you're not. Dev and Millie go through a lot of bad stuff but come out stronger in the end. I really like how Emma doesn't just stick with Dev and Millie's points of view but throws others from the club in there as well. Maybe it's just me, but I'm getting a really weird vibe from Greaser and his mom. Guess I'll just have to wait and see where that goes.
Dev never wanted Corey to join the Dirty Souls as a prospect, he knew how dark the life could get and was destined for greater things. But after tragedy strikes, revenge consumes him.
Millie, Corey’s girlfriend looks at him as her best friend but he wants more but she has secretly loved Dev for over a year. She wants to be there for him, even as he tries to keep his distance.
Dev’s torn between vengeance and the girl he was never meant to want.
This is a gritty, emotional story of loss, loyalty, and forbidden love.
This book is gritty and emotionally charged!!!!... Saving people from their own choices is quite challenging. This situation is particularly heartbreaking—secrets are revealed, leading Millie to seek solace with the club enforcer. Meanwhile, a rogue returns home, and there is trouble in paradise with Raze and Peyton's relationship. Storyline: 📙📙📙📙📙 Intimacy Level: 🍒🍒🍒🍒🍒 Character Development: ➷➷➷➷➷ HEA: Yes There is a grape scene not too detailed but detailed enough for those easily triggered by the subject. I always love Emma Creed
Age gap. Rough and tough biker. Difficult situation. Forbidden fruit. The murder and mayhem left behind from Cliffs betrayal caused Dev's brother to be killed. The club is still trying to swim out of the shark infested waters. Dev is uncertain what to do with Millie until she's taken. Dev rescued her, but what happened to her is leaving a scar. They declared their love after everything. The club is still under threat. The killer is still on the loose. Sounds like a love triangle coming in the next book. I know who I'm rooting for. Thanks again for a great book
Continuing on with the Long Beach Mc Dirty Souls, this time with Dev and his story. So Dev is the clubs enforcer, and bringing up his brother Corey hes determined that he can do better and he never wants him to join the club and will do all he can make sure that doesn't happen. But his main issue is having Corey's girlfriend Millie around as thats really messing with his feelings. Drama galore with lots of male alpha goodness rolled into one fab read. Really cant wait for get Vikes story next! *Read as part of KU*
If you like dirty soul Colorado you will love dirty soul Long Beach . This is book 4 of the series . Dev and Millie story get ready to enjoy the ride . The plot.the storytelling was amazing other book you can’t get enough of . Dev is the tough enforcer but shows us a little bit of his other side of the story. Millie was dated with Dev bother and broke it off with him. In this book Millie was toughness not those delicate women and was made to be with Dev and the club. You will get some surprises in this book but worth it . Totally recommend it
Holy moly this book just dives right in, no gentle introduction, straight to the point. Continuing the Long Beach series, this book focuses on Dev & Millie. Gritty, raw, shocking, but oh so addictive. These two are just perfect together. We also get further insight into the other members of the chapter. This is building to one heck of a crescendo.
#hot #mcromance #series @AuthorEmmaCreed knocks it out of the park again. I could not put this down!
Club enforcer, Dev is set against his younger brother joining the Dirty Souls, he has also developed feelings for his brother’s girlfriend Millie, which he buries deep. Both are left reeling when tragedy hits.
A definite page turner, dark in parts, with shocks, twist and turns, trauma, drama and a malicious enemy. Emma has left plenty of unanswered questions and threads that I can’t wait for more of this amazing series
I just have one thing to say and that is what the h*ll did I just read. OMG!! This Author didn't knock it out of the park she hammered it out of the park. I can't say too much because everything that I would want to say would be a spoiler but I can say that Dev and Millie's story is one h*ll of an emotional rollercoaster ride. I was on the edge of my seat from the first page till the end. This entire series has been fantastic but I definitely didn't see this book coming. Just read it you'll thank me later. Most definitely recommend this book as well as the entire series.
A fantastic read, I absolutely loved Dev and Millie’s story ❤️❤️❤️ Their relationship didn’t come easy but the love they share is strong. Vike will certainly have a challenging time ahead of him, can’t wait for his book. A definite page turner and very entertaining. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎🖤
