Loved it! "Ring of Truth" is a wonderful trio of romantic tales that are beautifully woven together by three very talented authors. Ciji Ware, Diana Dempsey, and Kate Moore each tell their own unique story about the magic ring, but their writing styles are so nicely aligned that it never felt jarring when moving on to the next author's contribution. I'd love to see more examples of this kind of creative collaboration between great authors!

I haven't had much exposure to romance novels in the past, but this one caught my eye since the stories mostly take place in my hometown of San Francisco. The authors perfectly captured the essence of the city, along with what it's like to be a young woman in San Francisco seeking answers about work, life, and love.

It's an easy and fun read, but it's also full of deep insights on how to "know thy heart". The romantic moments are more tender than saucy, which felt like the right call for this particular book.

You might have to suspend disbelief slightly since the characters all experience very dramatic life changes in the span of a mere week, but that's also what makes the stories so much fun to read.

I can highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a compelling and touching story (or three!), and particularly for any young women who are trying to figure out their own life's path.

A collection of happy ending style romance novellas from three different authors. Not exactly my cup of tea, as I was secretly hoping for some depth to the stories, but kept reading nonetheless.

I was extremely fortunate to have received an autographed copy of this incredible book for free through Goodreads First Reads.
I really enjoyed this trio of novellas connected by a very special, unique Claddagh ring. Divided into three sections each written by different author about the next phase of the ring’s journey. It is my belief that this combination of superb writing styles creates a true charm as well as new voice to each of the characters which in turn increased the intrigue.

Ciji Ware, Diana Dempsey & Kate Moore all fashioned interesting cast of characters whose individual journeys pulled me in. I was able to feel a connection to each of the strong women; Kerry Hannigan, Veronica Ballard and Tara Keegan who make up the main personalities of “Ring of Truth”.

"Friendship, Loyalty and Love" is a repeated throughout the book and I also feel individually each word could sum up the main struggle faced by the main character in the different section of this book. I won’t go into further detail of this idea now as I do not want to unintentionally give away details for those who have not yet read this romance novel. I choose to believe that as the ring travels another novel will emerge.

*The mention of the Claddagh rings found in the aftermath of 9/11 was a heart touching tribute that brought both a tear to my eye and a smile to my face.

Ciji Ware, Diana Dempsey & Kate Moore: Well done ladies!

I was fortunate to win a copy of the “ring of truth” by Goodreads.
The ring of truth is about a ring that is passed from one woman to another, which effectively creates 3 completely different stories. The stories are written by “Ciji Ware” Diana Dempsey” and Kate Moore”
Each story centres around a Claddaugh ring, that gives the wearer special intuitive powers – but only for 7 days. At the end of 7 days, the current owner of the ring passes it onto someone she feels is in need of the ring to help her through a trying period in their life.
Each story is completely unique. The women do not know each other. At the end of the 7 days, they seem to recognize a person in a crowd that is need of the ring and simply passes it onto them.
I really enjoyed each story, but I think my favourite of the 3 was “The Ring of Kerry Hannigan” by Ciji Ware.
I’m sure after reading the “Ring of Truth”: you will agree with me that there have been times in our lives where it would have been very helpful to have possession of this ring for 7 days to help us choose the right path in our lives.
I have not previously read any books by these authors, but plan on purchasing other novels by them as I so thoroughly enjoyed this book.

I loved the story about the Claddagh ring. It was like a magical story
about finding your way in life and the person you want to spend the rest of your life with. I could have read more stories about the ring.
I wish the book would have kept on going.

I really enjoyed this book. It is a story about a ring with magic powers. The first person is given the ring by her Godmother and can use the powers for a week then she has to pass it on to someone else. It follows three ladies and tells them to "Follow their Heat". It's a feel good book.
