This book was useful to get tips on overcoming stage fright. The script from author also gave me idea on making my own script. I m going to deliver my 9th project in my 1 year at toastmasters. I m still nervous however I m determined to win. This book is worth reading project by project as you deliver your speeches.

I got some good tips from this book that should come in handy when working on my Toastmasters speeches. I especially liked the parts where the speech scripts were on the left and commentary was on the right. I also liked the part about speech topics--that can be so challenging!
