Great book

Great book to read learning correct purpose of the kubotan. Defence and offensive points of attacks prepares you of disciplinary action.

Sammy explains how to use the Kubotan, the size, weight, and correct usage. My training has changed because of Sammy's books. I now practice my wooden Stick 3 times a week.
