The author sketches some beautiful Bible stories in this book. I adored the illustrations. Good work.

Simple, but surprising trip through the Bible.
It was great that it ended with Jesus and everyone seeking him, however it missed the big themes of the Bible of sin and redemption so the question would remain why are they seeking Jesus?
It would be harder to fit that in in this book, but not that much harder.
Anyway a decent book, but it needs a person to perhaps explain details off each story to lead one to the great story of redemption.

Next to the Bible this book is my favorite in the library. All 3 branches in Pope County have it to check out.

Hard to find good Christian books for kids that aren't cheesy. This one is a kid-pleaser and introduces children to some great Biblical heroes. By the same author as Brown Bear, Brown Bear.
