Katie Kross is an educator, thought leader, writer, and advisor who has counseled and inspired hundreds of MBA students to go into climate and sustainability careers with Fortune 500 companies, social and environmental nonprofits, purpose-driven companies, and startups.

For more than 20 years, she has managed educational and extracurricular programs for MBA students at both Duke University and the University of North Carolina. She is currently the managing director of the Center for Energy, Development, and the Global Environment (EDGE) at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She is also the creator of the MBA EDGE knowledge platform and co-founder of the ClimateCAP Initiative, a unique global partnership of business schools focused on bringing climate education to MBA students. She holds a BA from Davidson College and an MBA from UNC.
