This is actually a decent book, because it wraps up everything involved in the disease pathologies, and ties it together with interventions and evaluations. Really, if you know how to pick out the right information, you have an entire resource for care plans, so it's actually an excellent reference for care planning.

But of course, that's once you wade through the monstrosity of words. It tends to be a rather verbose book, and spends a LOT of time in side bar notations, so it's easy to get lost in the sea of information, especially if you're a first year student and don't know what to look for.

Still, it highlights everything you need to know, and once you get familiar with the processes and interventions, a lot of it will make more sense. Definitely one book I'm keeping.
