Michael Manley is the pen name of two men, Ken Sheldon and Stan Miastkowski. I have known Ken for many years, part of a longtime, far-ranging group of writers in northern New England. Well written, fast-paced thriller!

The story leaves the gate and immediately grabs your interest. Things are not always as they appear and the plot grows darker. Character development is well done and the story well edited. I only found one typo in the entire book. I look forward to reading more from this author.

A collaborative effort of this sort ought to have fetched a higher rating. What kept it a rung short, was the bland characterization. And what pushed it to the near-top were the plot and style of narration. A Recommended Read
