This is a collection of fifteen unique and fun short stories with centering around sci-fi and spanking themes. Each of there stories are written by talented women who agreed to the challenge and met it with smashing results!

Eve Langlais shows us a breeding colony on a land far, far away in her M/F Bred for Love: Tika is Chosen. This is a heavier read than the others, I am still not sure how I feel about it but it was well written.

Anne Ferrer Odom's Taming the wolf is a M/M steam punk werewolf fantasy.

Replicated Consequences by Jessica E Subject is a sweet M/F tribute to love involving a clone and her creator's husband.

This takes us to Maren Smith and her outrageous story Oh, What the Hell. This is a fun inter species, alien world and the journey of two females falling for each other.

Kate Richards gifted us with Moon Trainer. Another inter species (but much more humanoid) M/F tale that takes place on the moon.

Jen and Maddy is a fantasy come true for many. Cathy Pegau introduces us to some kinky brain waves in this F/F romp.

Sue Lyndon shows us how much trouble a woman with a mischievous side can get into with her M/F No More Lizards.

In her story A Public Caning by Natasha Knight is also a bit heavier but still well written. This is a woman's quest to become a citizen in a future world.

For Research Purposes Only Eva Lefoy shows us how much fun a woman can have while being in serious trouble. This is a M/F story.

Erzabet Bishop graces us with her F/F bewitching thriller Red Moon Rising. I am hoping this is just a preview for a longer tale.

Double Trouble by Louisa Bacio gives roller derby a heavenly twist in her all girl short.

Leigh Ellwood shows us her talent with the M/F outer space Skin. Very good.

The next in the book is another outer space saga. The F/F A Lifetime is a great tale of a would be hero and the woman who saves her from herself.

Flame on Fire is a M/M by Carole Cummings. Very well written!

Taliasman is a short by Anastasia Vitsky. It is a F/F story of a young woman from a poor family who joins the household of a wealthy woman. I have it from the author herself that this will be made into a longer book.

My thanks goes out to all the talented writers that made this book possible! Well done Ladies!

Couldn't put it down!

I love reading collections like this but it was a wonderful look at mixing genres , kept me reading straight through in one sitting! What a great way to find new authors! I always end up fillings my kindle after reading one of these. Did I mention the heat factor?

One of my favorites is Anastasia Vitsky's Taliasman. All Talia wished was that she had been born a boy, all Queen Vina wished for was Talia.
This short story is a companion piece to Taliasman, an adaptation of Our Lady's Child in the Beyond Fairytales series.

Sci-Spanks is an anthology of BDSM sci-fi and fantasy stories. What impressed me first is the quality of the writing. The fact it impressed me showed me a bias I didn't know I had.
The book raised some amusing questions to me, the foremost was "If your gay lover is a werewolf and you know arousing them literally brings out the beast in them, is that homosexuality or beastiality?" (a gay friend explained it would be both)
Again, the writing was top notch. I did tire of the same language being used from story to story to story. Another draw back were the few (indeed, a few of the many) which seemed more like BDSM showcases than anything necessary to story itself, basically something written either to highlight BDSM or the shove BDSM into a sci-fi/fantasy setting.
But the stories in which BDSM was an essential element of the story? Oh, those were soooo good!
(aside - one story reminded me of a book the adolescent-me read involving a voluptuous female government agent first capturing and then freeing a Bigfoot. I still remember scenes from that book and at least one story had me joyfully touring memory lane)

Overall this was a good collection. Short stories are extremely hard to write. Probably, and I know I'm stating the obvious, because the author has to make us care about their characters with fewer pages and back story. That said, there were a couple of fantastic stories in here, a few that were pretty good, some that were just meh, and a couple that were down right horrible.

I really didn't care for the "short stories" that were just excerpts from one of the author's novels. That doesn't do anything but create confusion because so many assumptions had to be made about where, why, how, etc. I felt like that was just cheating. Part of the story made no sense and seemed related to some other plot line that must've been in the novel, but not included in the short story. Very frustrating.

This collection is definitely different from what I normally read. I did enjoy breaking out of my usual genres to give this a try. As the rating states, overall I liked it!

Two of my favorite genres: sci-fi and erotica in one volume. What's not to like?

Anastasia Vitsky has put together a fabulous collection of stories. While the theme sounds as if it could be too narrow for much diversity (not only erotica and sci-fi, but spanking as well!) these writers have produced an amazing array of stories, each very different.

Favorites for me were "Oh What the Hell" (which while being outwardly very humorous, addressed attraction and boundaries bypassed in the name of love) and "A Public Caning" which affected (and upset) me on quite a deep level... but was an intensely memorable story as a result. Also on my favorites list were stories by Erzabet Bishop and Kate Richards.

Recommended.

I received an ecopy of Sci Spanks in exchange for an honest review.

This book is full of extra HOT sexiness. I knew from the first few lines of the first story I was in for a thrill. If you are into erotica, you definitely want to read this book! There are about 15 stories included in this anthology and all are by authors I have never read before.

The spelling and grammatical errors are at an extreme minimum and the stories are not too farfetched to be unbelievable. I would recommend this set of stories to even my sisters and mother.

This is a wonderful collection (15) short stories by some fabulous authors. The story's are a combination of Sci-Fi and spanking fiction. They range from lighthearted to heavy duty. There is a bit of everything, romance, breeding, discipline, mystery and suspense. I'm not going to repeat the names and authors as that's been done, only that this is a fantastic buy.

Excellent!

when start to read these stories,, I was expecting longer stories. But I was not disappointed. it was like reading a exhort of their daily life. I do hope they make full stories of these. some are or going to be. But hope the others will too. definitely worth reading.

Shorts stories? I don't think so. It's just a collection of previews. There's a prologue talking about them collecting the stories so that people can preview new authors for free so I'm not sure why Amazon is charging for this. It's not even worth the 99 cents.
