I was reluctant to get this because I think I have bought too many cookbooks with too many recipes for use in my lifetime. But I just can't put this one down when I saw it at Borders today. Now that I am home, seated comfortably browsing it, I have no regrets. Excellent pictures for one, yummy looking recipes, and I only need 4 ingredients for each! However, it is really not that easy. The recipes may just require 4 ingredients each but they call for the superior kinds. The author Joanna Farrow says, "When you're cooking with four ingredients, each one has to be a star player. It is important to buy the best quality ingredients you can find ..." No shortcuts on this one!
