From the very beginning my heart was in my throat. I was a nervous wreck to see how things played out in the jungle. For those of you who don’t know this series is about Raven, a girl whose father was killed working at a gorilla habitat in the African rainforest. While working there Raven reluctantly falls in love with the gorillas and a native poacher, Jospin.

Captured by You is the sequel to Until You Find Me and picks up right where Until You Find Me left off. Jospin has been exiled and Raven

The second book in Amber Hart's, Untamed series literally picks up where its predecessor left off, this is a spoiler free review for Captured by You but if you haven’t read Until You Find Me there are spoilers ahead.

As at the end of book one, Raven, now stuck in the poachers compound with Clovis pretending to be a couple, is trying to gather the evidence they need to bring the whole operation down, the risks to her and Clovis are huge, and time is running out.
This is one of the most unique and beautiful stories I have ever read. Captured By You is the follow-up book to Until You Find Me which ended in a cliffhanger. Raven's father runs a habitat that rescues gorillas. Jospin's father is the alpha pack leader of a poaching pack that illegally hunts gorillas and sells their meat. At the end of Captured By You, Jospin and Raven are put in a very dangerous situation and this book starts immediately where the first book left off. This book was full of sus ...more

I'm the author of CAPTURED BY YOU, sequel to UNTIL YOU FIND ME, so I am probably biased, but here are some things you will find in CBY:

-African rain forest setting

-Secrets, stolen and told

-Fiery passion

-Love, requited

-Poaching and conservation, and what happens when a girl from one side and a guy from the other fall in love

Happy reading!

Captured by you

Jospin is looking at me. His look tears me apart. I will die for you, it tells me. You are worth it, it says. I will find you again, it promises. All of this in a look that vanishes . … Theres a pain in my chest, like an iceberg splitting in two, my insides coming apart. Its crushing. Its maybe, probably, the breaking of my heart

I have been waiting to get my hands on Captured by You ever since I read the last sentence of Until You Find Me. The characters, plot and even the back drop of this series is extremely captivating. What I love most about this book is how the author is able to not only give readers an undying and unequivocal love story but also tells us a story about betrayal, poaching, secrets and danger.

Oh my gosh, I know nothing about the jungle or African forest but the descriptions

If you have not read Until You Find Me then you need to stop reading right now. Captured by You is the sequel and conclusion to that story. I remember the first book well and was anxious to find out how the story would play out.

Although the romantic aspect of the story is very much present i

Falling for Jospin, a handsome, charismatic hunter with dark secrets of his own, was never part of the plan. Amber Hard does it again! I don’t know how this author always manages to bring the feels. She really has a way with words and her writing is always so eloquent.

After having read the first boo in this series I was so freaking excited to continue the journey with this book. I personally, loved the last story and hated being left hanging on whether Raven was going to survive her experience or not. Poor Jospin being banished and left on his own was terrible but I knew he would be able to take c

As always I want to first thank those who make it possible for us to bring you these reviews, Random House Flirt, NetGalley and Tasty Book Tours. Without them providing us with a copy of this book we couldn't be here for you now.

Now this being book 2 of the series I have to say I was a lot more prepared for certain things to happen, which made it easier for me to read. Because if you you all remember with the first book I had so much trouble dealing with the poaching part of that book. Thats one

This was a great ending to the series. I have never been so drawn into a book that I actually felt like I was there with them, running through the jungles of Africa, swimming in the underwater caves, seeing the gorillas, that is exactly what the two books in the series has done, pulled me in and I didn't want it to end. The chemistry between Raven and Jospin was great but this was much, much more than just a romance story, you learned about the illegal poaching of gorillas and the people that ri ...more

Received from Netgalley for a honest review. I think that if I choose a book by its cover, I would of thought that this book was about a cheese jungle romance. I was very glad I was wrong- it was so much more. I went back and read the first book in this series, "Until you Find Me" and I was left with a very intense cliffhanger. Rav n trying to find out why her father died and why he seem to chose the jungle and the gorilla'so instead of them. In her journey she discovers love and friendship. Jos ...more

Excellent follow-up novel to Until You Find Me! I don't want to give to much away, but I will say that this book definitely took me on a wild ride until the very end! There was less talk about apes and conservation in Captured By You because there is so much more going on in this book since Raven now has to stay at Jospin's family's poaching compound. I am so glad that I finally know how this story ends, and trust me when I say that this was an amazing journey to the African rainforest! Thank yo ...more

This series is a BOOM. I love how the heroine developed and even the hero. I love how the author wrote the story even the flow. The love for the apes 🦍 and how they interact with people makes me “awww”. ❤ Its really a good series to the point that i dont wanna bring down my ipad just to finish this because i am so hooked. Great story and lesson and I love how the story not just focus on the heroine and hero but on the others also. I love the ending but I was hoping for more epilogues hehe ❤❤❤ ...more

I really enjoyed the first book in this series, and it ended in such a cliff hanger, let me tell ya, I was really happy I didn't have to wait for very long to find out what happened next. I am going to do my best to write this review without giving away too many things, but without a doubt you should for sure read the first book in this series, Until You Find Me.

Captured by You completely obliterated my expectations with its absolutely incredible determination and its undeniably ravishing heart. There was nothing easy or convenient about this story. It dug deep into the soul to find out exactly what made up these beautiful characters. There were no prisoners left standing because when the dust settled the storm that is this amazing book broke everything down until all that remained was tested, refined, and pure. The first book shocked me because it was about Africa and gorillas. Who wants to read a book about that, when what I wanted was a romance book? But I received this arc from Net Galley and I was obligated to read and review so I forged ahead. The first book felt strange until I was sucked into the story and the characters. It was excellently written, so I had no hardships in starting this sequel.

I was doing the happy dance when I saw Captured By You was offered on Net Galley. I couldn’t wait to dig in, seeing as I absolutely feel in love with the first book, Until You Find Me, and with Raven and Jospin. The book definitely didn’t disappoint, and I fell more in love with Raven and Jospin. The story picks up literally where the first book ended. This will be a review in which I won’t elaborate on too much. I don’t want to spoil it for those who haven’t read the series yet. The only thing ...more

I was so excited to read this book, that its wasn’t until about 15% through that I realized I was completely bored. The book started off so slow. Jospin and Raven had been separated, so there were no sense between the two of them, and them doing their own things were not very exciting. But I’m happy to say that before I reached the halfway mark things really started

Raven and Jospin's story has so many twists and turns! There are many surprises in store for the reader as well. Raven comes to Cameroon to help further her late father's work. She was in college when he died and wants to know what happened and why.

Jospin has a father who is a poacher and hunter. He comes basically, from a criminal background. After meeting Raven everything changes. He has to leave his tribe to protect her - and they banish him - assuming he will die out in the wilds alone. He e

This was a good book. I had heard about the first book in this duet in another online book club. I started reading it, and I really liked it so naturally I wanted to read the second book as well. I LOVED the first book. This book was good too, but for me, it was a little anti-climatic, which was why I couldn't give it five stars.

This book is dual POV. I used to like dual POV books, but now after reading so many, I think I would rather have one POV over the other. I feel lik
