Lisa Yarde takes you to another place and time.....her amazing ability to relate the realities of the life and position of women of that time is a gift. “Sultana the Bride Price” takes us on a page-turning journey following Jazirah, a headstrong and beautiful Nasrid princess and her cousin Sultan Mohammed of Gharnatah (Grananda) Ms. Yarde is a fantastic raconteur and her lush descriptions and attention to detail place in you in Al-Andalus.
