I loved it. The minute I started reading I was immersed in Cassie & Tyler’s world. Tyler is so cheeky & Cassie is a girl after my own heart. She took no b.s and I loved that about her.
Their banter was hilarious & live porn... what can I say? Super hot!

I have to say that this was a fabulous first novel from this author. The characters are beyond lovable and even the annoying female, (and we all know I loathe the females) was a little annoying, but it wasn't to the point where I needed to punch her in the face… it was a lovable annoyance if that makes any sense.
Tyler and Cassie’s story takes us on a journey of discovery, love and a little bit of hot sex to go with it. Their instant attraction is undeniable. Although Cassie tries, even she knows early on that he is the be all and end all and is the hot, sexy man of her dreams. Let’s be honest, I’d totally “do” Tyler in a heartbeat!!! Tyler’s life is a mess and he can’t get out of it, but he sees Cassie and he can’t deny what he feels, so he begrudgingly stays friends with her as long as he can. But he’s absolutely head over heels in love with her. The author makes their little friendship/romance a fun read with some sexy scenes and a whole lot of “smile on your face” moments. Well, for me at least… The side characters are fabulously described and lovable as well. Except for the bitch creature from hell who’s supposed to be like that and is written to perfection. One scene, I won’t give a spoiler, shocked the hell out of me because I expected it to be one thing and I was way off base… but in a good way because it made it a little more unpredictable. I really enjoyed the ending and I'm really hoping to hear from this author again with some side character action, and some word on how Cassie and Tyler are doing.

I have to say, this was a fabulous first novel for this author. The writing is done well and the grammar and spelling is really good. My only issue, and its very hard for me to explain, is that a character speaks, and then in the same line/sentence it’s the opposite characters reaction to it and that is confusing to me. But hey that could be just me.
I would absolutely recommend this book and this new author …..im hoping to see many wonderful things from her.

Being her first novel, R F Greenwood has a lot to be proud of. This was a story of love, passion, hatred and everything that goes with it. The storyline was touching, yet frustrating at the same time, due to an uber bitch that kept putting her cattiness on the line. Trouble is a brew for everyone involved, and decisions have to made, whether they like it or not.
Tyler and Cass have an unrequited love, with some major obstacles to boot. It was a quick connection, but extremely undeniable, and hot as hell. I literally felt the heat between these two just reading the sexual banter back and forth.
Tyler has found his life in chaos, and he doesn’t know how to get out of it. With Cass in his life though, he feels a bit more hopeful about the situation. I also loved Cass’s over protective, yet absolutely adorable brothers. They keep her safe and grounded, and give Tyler a run for his money. Excited to see what comes next from this new author, and wish her all the best!

fantastic debut novel by R F Greenwood i was honoured to be able to beta read this book for this new author who i feel will have amazing success with this book and future books in this series. Robyn takes us on a journey of a love that is so strong that it just cannot be denied no matter how the two main characters try. It introduces other characters which will capture our hearts in future releases but in this book Tyler takes us on his journey to find his HEA with Cassie over coming huge issues and problems along the way. This book will enchant you and have you panting at the same time with some very hot sex scenes. This author although not known at the moment shows great promise for great things in this book and those in her future i have no doubt in my mind that you will take this book into your hearts just like i have. Go buy this book im sure it won't disappoint any reader.

I loved the journey that the Tyler and Cassie went on and felt the chemistry between them straight away. I instantly fell in love with Tyler and I really wanted things to work out for him.
I laughed out loud more than once reading this book and there were some super hot sex scenes. I loved the reference to other books and an author that I love.
I hope there is a follow on to this book and would love to read more of Cassie and Tate's story.

Great first novel.
loved it, such a lovely story I couldn't put it down.
I loved Cassie immediately. For a "bookworm" her attitude was brilliant I loved her sarcky comments and little 1-liners and her love of "toys" and Tyler a randy young lad trying his best to be a gentleman. I couldn't help love them both they are so good together and trying their best in an awkward situation to put it mildly.
Great first novel and I would love to read a follow up from this adorable pair as they continue to grow as adults and as a couple, as well as some stories from the secondary characters, I would love to hear Justin and Melissa's story and more from both Cassie and Tyler's loveable brothers.

4.5 stars.
The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I wanted to have a little more of them finally together. The whole book is basically sexual tension and just waiting for them to snap.
The epilogue was way to short I wanted more of them.
The whole book could have done without Georgina even though that was the whole reason they held back.
Loved Tyler and his dirty talk, Cass too.

Tyler & Cassie are meant to be! Or until it comes out that tyler must marry someone else. Being "just friends" isn't going to work or be enough for both of them. So they have to figure out how to find a solution to Tyler's problem!
How can you not fall in love with tyler! This was a great read! Loved every minute of it!

Good story, needs an editor!
3 stars because This is a good story, but the grammatical errors are overwhelming. You never know who is speaking the way this author writes, run on sentences and missing commas, periods, quotation marks, etc. Invest in an editor!!!!!
