NADBB was privileged once again to review Eternal Soul mates by Brooklyn Taylor. I have done a few reviews in my day but a book like this one makes me nervo
The Good: Definitely a 18 and older book, but nevertheless, it is one of my favorite Adult Romance books. The plot was that one look, one touch and you wold find your soulmate. That is what happened to Ashlynn and Cooper. They meet on a plane, one going to pick up a prison and one fulfilling the last wishes of their dead mother. One night changes everything for Cooper and Ashlynn but that isn't the only twist and turn that will happen to them. This book is my first printed ARC and I am thankful ...more

I was asked by Brooklyn Taylor if I would be interested in reading and reviewing her book. I took a look at the blurb and thought I would give it a read, told her I give honest reviews.

The prologue was amazing! That really captures your interest and leaves you wanting more.

I started reading this, and from the narration at the beginning it starts to build a picture. You get introduced to Ash very early on.

Ash father left them when she was only 3 years old, she remembers hanging onto his legs be

Two people, Ashlynn & Cooper, survivors of domestic violence, choose to devote their lives to helping victims of abuse to find their freedom and healing. Along the way, their paths cross and they find themselves falling into a special love. Ms. Taylor paints a beautiful picture of the joys of getting to know one another, sharing the pain of their childhood and overcoming their fears and insecurities. In the background, is a dark mysterious

This is about Ashlynn Ellis, a young woman who has pulled her life together after a really unhappy & violent childhood. She finds it hard to trust people, especially men, although she has 2 very close female friends McCoy & Grace.

When she has to make a trip to fulfil her Mother’s last wishes, she meets Cooper Brooks. He is a police officer that specialises in domestic abuse cases.

There is an instant attraction between them, but Ashlynn is wary about letting Cooper in.

I gave the book 5 stars for multiple reason. For starters I absolutely loved the characters. Cooper reminds me of my husband which is why I think I fell in love with the character. I'm glad the author didn't try to sugarcoat Ash's life. The author was brutally honest about Ash's traumatizing childhood which made you fight for the characters towards the end. The love and passion Cooper has with Ash and is refreshing and endearing. We should all be so lucky to have a relationship these two have. L ...more

I really enjoyed this book. The storyline is true to real life not some rich guy sweeping a poor girl off her feet. I couldn't put this book down. I can't wait to read the 2nd book. If you are looking for a good book to read this book it it!

When I first read one of Brooklyn's books, I was hooked. She brought out every freaking emotion I had as I read “Finding Me”, and I needed a nap once I was done ugly crying! I have always respected and liked authors who can really get to you with some sort of feeling. Once I was done with that one, I quickly logged into my Amazon account and bought her “Forever” series. I also snagged “Beau” on my Kindle Unlimited subscription. I should have paid attention better, because that should be read aft ...more

A wonderful story about the fates that bring two people together. One who has been around abusive relationships and run away and the other who fights to put abusers behind bars. Ashlynn has serious issues and does not let anyone in. Cooper just wants a calm, quiet life after seeing the dregs of society win more often than they should. The odds of finding someone who wants a quiet, country life don't seem great to Cooper until he meets Ashlynn. The story line about soulmates is wonderful and in t ...more

Eternal Soulmate is Brooklyn Taylor's debut novel. I didn't know quite what to expect when I picked up the book to read. I have to say that I enjoyed the story line and I could not wait to see what happened next.

Ashlynn and Cooper did not have the picture perfect childhood. Ashlynn's mother was being brutally abused and Ashlynn seen the injuries that her mother endured on a daily basis. Ashlynn didn't trust any man cause of the examples she has seen in her life. Her father walked out on her as

Brooklyn Taylor's book "Eternal Soulmate" is an emotional story about abuse and what can come after you escape it. You can live a normal life and find happiness. This was an emotional and suspenseful love story that I could not put down once I picked it up.

Ashlynn, a social worker at a women's shelter, is a strong and independent woman who does not favor the opposite sex. She despises men but has every right to do so. Her father left her and her mother, Liz when she was only 3 years old. Her st

When Ashley meets Cooper on the plane there is an instant attraction. Deciding to act on the attraction when she sees him next door to her hotel room, they have a marvelous night together. Never expecting to see him again, she buries her mothers ashes and returns home only bump into him the next week at a bar with her girlfriends. Cooper is not the only person that finds her that night, a dark shadow from her past has caught up with her and is willing to do anything to keep them apart. Can Coope ...more

The book was awesome and kept my interest that I wanted to read the whole series to find out what happen. I love that the entire Forever Series book 1, 2, and 3 keep up the story line of what was happening with the characters in each book. Brooklyn Taylor did a great job with writing the entire Forever Series. When I started reading the book, it was hard to stop because I wanted to know what happen. I thought it was great that Beau and McKoy’s ending was different than Ashlynn, Cooper, Grace, an ...more

Ashlynn only has 2 constants in her life and that would be her 2 best friends, who needs a man when you have your girlfriends? That was until Cooper stumbled into her life. If you need a Romance with dark twists and turns then this book is for you! Remember no one is EVER alone and you can ALWAYS pull yourself out if you allow someone in, and that is exactly what Cooper does he allows Ashlynn to open up for the both of them.
