I liked it because it taught me about if king tuts tomb is cursed or not it was not cursed.It was just people that died it was from there age or it was time for them to die.

This book the curse of king tut’s tomb by Michael Burgan. It talk about a man who find the king tut’s tomb. And a man he is in the team to find the tomb. He’s uncle, his friends and a lot people about him are dead. Because he tell the news to every people. So the king tut curse him. The end, the man was dead too.

Speaking about the artwork of the Graphic Library titles, I am not impressed. Again, I applaud the concept of using a graphic novel to make history accessible to readers of all ages. Also, learned fascinating facts from this Graphic Library volume; this time the facts were about King Tut, namely that two of his daughters were mummified along with him and the "purloined" treasures buried with him....

This book offers a basic retelling of the discovery of King Tut's tomb, including the major players as well as the events leading up to and immediately following the event. It's a good entry in Graphic Library's Graphic History series.

The story itself is short and does not have a great amount of detail, but the additional information provided in the back of the book gives readers resources to learn more. It's a decent way to bring history alive and make it more interesting for young readers.

I am using this to teach a library camp for fourth grade and up. The Graphic History series has some wonderful titles and is a great way to introduce history to reluctant readers. This one deals with the famous curse placed on those who discovered King Tut's tomb in the Valley of the Kings. We will attempt to write our own graphic novels based on ancient Egypt and I am hoping to get them interested in historical fiction.

I didn't really like the theme cause I kinda like more fantasy and magic. I have to say though it's a scary and facinating book of adventure and treasure. I kinda liked that about it. I mainly read it for my 13 book requirment project. I had nightmares of the curse too. They are creepy.

I liked it because it was a topic that we where learning at the history club and it's based on king tut's tomb what we needed to find out.
